Taco Bell, Lancaster PA

Food is good (I mean who doesn't like tacos?), but more and more the service in these restaurants is slow and orders are easily messed up, even though all ordering is done through their app or the touchscreens.

This is the worst taco bell around. I came on a Saturday at 1: 30 in the afternoon and the dining area is closed. So then I try ordering online to pick up in drive thru and they don't even offer the same deals as the other taco bells. And then to top it off I order 40$ worth of food and at the window I realized I forgot to order the dollar cheese wrap. So I ask the lady can I just pay for it separately really quick and get it here and she tells me no I have to go back around in line. Which I wouldn't have even forgotten it when ordering if she didn't go "is that it? ! " All rudely after every single item I said. Unprofessional staff, food was definitely worse then the others in the area, and they apparently just close when they feel like it. Definitely not coming to this location again.
Oh and they don't even put up a sign they closed their dining area so people are running in the rain to the door and it's not open. So inconsiderate.

The food was good, the people were polite and it did not take long at all. The only issue I had was that it was garbage on the floor. It needed cleaned up. I sat down to eat and they didn't clean it the entire time I was there.

When did "fast food service " become self service? Drive thru line was long so I go inside- watch people behind the counter look at and then ignore me for a few minutes - ask if I can get a cashier to take my order and 1 of the snotnoses back there says I should order at the kiosk - by this time several people are in line for the kiosk who weren't there when I walked in. After I do that should I go behind the counter and make my own burrito? I could - worked in Mexican restaurants for many years. The state of affairs in almost every aspect of this Country is going downhill. These idiots don't even realize they are giving their jobs away to mechanization- someday soon the burritos will be rolled by a robot and the only person working there will be the guy fixing the robots - and not 1 of the current employees is smart enough to be a robot technician!

Used the drive thru. Food hot and delicious. Mexican pizza is delicious. Diet Pepsi had correct mix of seller and syrup. This is amazing because I often can't drink diet coke or Pepsi because it's mixed incorrectly.

The girl at the window and taking orders today was rude, had no personality and was more concerned with her FaceTime call rather than helping customers. This girl has no business being in front of customers

Worst taco bell I've been to so far. The workers don't bother talking to you. They had no expression on their faces. One of them was on her phone. I had to ask for my drink cups. There was barely any food in my chicken quesodilla. The floors were also filthy.

I’d leave zero stars if possible. Ordered online ahead of time. Still waited for more than 20 minute in the drive through. Stuck in a line couldn’t even leave. This is the worst experience of any Taco Bell in my life.

While on our trip. I'm sorry, but this particular Taco Bell at Lincoln Hwy, Lancaster Pa, was the absolute worst! I spent $55 on food that was slapped together, barely any food in everything we ordered. It was all shell, all the tacos, and the crunch wrap supremes smelled and tasted burned. Plus, they were out of mild sauce packets. A Taco Bell without sauce just isn't heard of.it's like, that's what makes it a Taco Bell. We ended up trying to eat a little bit of it, but it was just gross, so we just threw it all away. Would have taken it back, but we were on the road continuing our trip. Never stopping at that location again.

Awful customer service. Waiting at counter for 10 minutes with the cashier off to the side looking at me. Rude

They can’t even get my nachos right and gave me a bag of chip and cheese instead of nachos

We went through the drive through so not much to say on the atmosphere. The food was good as normal. This was our first time to this location and we did sit in line awhile. However when we got to the pick-up window they made sure our order was complete and correct. My wife and I watched the gentleman check our order multiple times until everything was correct. We will return because we both enjoy Taco bell on the move every now and again.

Had a craving, it was so good, had taco Supreme, cheesy rice and beans burrito, enjoyed them both

People were rude and it's not first time but I won't go there nomore hopefully they shapen up the place the place inside wasn't to clean so hopefully gets better

I went during the night and all employees with in hand, without a net and to complete we asked and what we asked for they gave us a small order and the place lacks cleaning with floors with dirty pallets and glass. We no longer want to return until we know that they remodeled the service, place and employees!

They are okay, the person who took my order was at least nice, but I asked for beef chalupas and they gave me chicken, so that’s unfortunate. Thankfully it was still good!

I ordered an Crunchwrap Supreme and Nacho Fries it took me a half hour to get my food. This place needs new management ASAP

Service is usually okay here but there hours of operation are not consistent. I've been going there for breakfast regularly between 8 and 9 am. The other morning I went there around 9: 30 and the doors were locked. As I stood there puzzled, a worker peaked out and said "we're not open yet". I said "you're usually open at 8: 00" and she said "well, not today" and shut the door. If you're not going to open til 10 AM what's the point of offering breakfast?

Idk what the issue was with the girl at the window I didn't say one word and she had a bad attitude. Just quickly handed over my order and quickly closed the window.not to mention some of prices are ridiculously high. I spent over $5 for one Gordita crunch.
