Car broke down as pulling up to drive through. Staff refused to give us our order because I was standing at window yet the car sat in plaain site with obvious problems. Incredible rude on the way I was rejected verbally and with his mannerisms

Did not receive what I ordered for takeout. Ordered soft taco supremes, But only got lettuce and meat on them.

My burrito was something like a soup in a tortilla. Disgusting. Would go back and complain, but late for my meeting.

It looked like a very quiet place but then it came alive The service was kinda slow, I guess when you're making the stuff from scratch gotta wait a little. All in all it was a pleasant spot.

The taco was cold and the other one was not wrapped good pull it out bag it fell onto the table should at least tape them close. The other taco got to eat was where the meat very lean on the meat some lettuce saw that. And the men room the water doesn’t work in the sink. Was our favorite Taco Bell but not anymore.

I've had one of the worst coffees in my life here as if they use one and the same amount of coffee to make about 5-7 cups for their beloved customers.
As for the food there.well, it depends. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes it's worse. Not going to come back again.

For the love of all things Taco, PLEASE don't put the tacos in the bag upsidedown.especially when you didn't properly *wrap them. I didn't order no upsidedown tacos. All the stuff, as you can imagine, fell out and got everywhere in the bag.

The taco gods wouldn't be pleased.

I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme sub beans no beef and a cheese quesadilla (I’m a vegetarian for religious reasons) and when I open up my bag there’s a little bit of beef in the bag that the Crunchwrap comes in. I understand that sometimes there’s a little cross contamination and so I pulled around through the drive thru again and asked if they could remake it for me. They said they would remake it and asked me to park and wait for someone to bring it out. A few minutes later an employee comes out and tells me that there is no beef in the Crunchwrap and I tell her that she’s right, but that there was some in the bag touching the food and therefore now I couldn’t eat it. So she says okay I’ll have them remake it. A few minutes later, another female employee comes out (possibly the manager) and tells me that it’s a bean Crunchwrap and proceeds to rip open the Crunchwrap inside my car making parts of it fall over the seat. I tell her that I would appreciate her remaking it and her response was to storm off. I waited a couple minutes but she didn’t come back out. I have been eating at Taco Bell for years and I have been to so many different locations. There’s been times where they’ve put beef in my food or sometimes there’s a little cross contamination. But every single time I’ve always been met with an apology and an offer to have the food re-made. I have never been basically yelled at like that by an employee before. I was in literal shock. I don’t know if the young lady was having a bad day or if she’s always like this but this is NOT how you treat a customer. I would recommend not coming to this location purely so you don’t have to deal with the staff’s attitude.

Two girls work in this store who do not know how to communicate with the customer and the delivery men they are so rude in answering questions.

This review is not for Taco Bell in general. Jist for this specific location. I love Taco Bell. Went into this location and one of the team members told my and daughters not to sit in the area they were headed because she was cleaning it. She even got smart and said that is why she had stool blocking off the area. This is the left side of the restaurant. The woman was actively cleaning the right the side of the restaurant. So, we had no idea where to sit because she basically shut down the sitting area in the restaurant to the left and was cleaning the right side. We ask her where we are able to sit and she ignores us. We ask her again and annoyingly states that she will be done the right side in like 10 minutes. My wife ends up standing next to me as I order. We notice that she has vanished and that the stools on the left side are gone. The left side of the restaurant is near the entrance where the ordering kiosks are. So, she did whatever she was doing and walked by us and did not say anything. To top if off, the entire restaurant was not even dirty. There was no debri or trash on any table. It looked like that had just opened. So, I finally asked on the people preparing food if we could go sit in the booth and that the other woman cleaning had removed the stools and she said yes with a puzzled look on her face. We go sit down. Shortly thereafter, my name is called up to come get my food from the counter. I think nothing of it. Then a few customers come in. As each customer comes in they are greeted politely not only by the woman cleaning but the staff from the appeared and where greeting everyone and directed everyone to the ordering kiosks politely AND BROUGHT everyone their food to them. So, not only did the entire team at this location not greet us when we came in, they stopped us from sitting down, and then did not provide the same level of service that the customers following us got. We were the first customers in this small wave of people. As I mentioned, the store looked like it had just opened. I will never go to this location again. Completely disgusting customer treatment for no reason. Do not go here if you are of a specific background and want to be treated humanely.

I waited 15 minutes. My food was cold. The order was wrong. I went to get a correct order, and that took another 4 minutes to be seen at the desk (no line), and another 5 minutes to give me the correct food. The employees in the back were complaining at each other. The guy I am assuming is the manager keeps telling all the other employees that they are paying attention to the screen and is bagging wrong.

265 E Street Rd, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053 Saturday june 17 10pm.order a taco and pay extra to have it supreme.the taco was totally broken and they only put two little pieces of tomato on it.the excuse that an employee gives is that they are about to close and the other employee asks me what am I supposed to want. I had to tell him to give me a side of tomato. The employee's attitude and the way she responds is not the best way to treat a cutomer.

About a year back, I wrote a review on how bad the service was, but today when I visited it was an entirely different story. The crew was really helpful, there was an issue with the app, due to which the possible order was changed from sub beans to regular with Beef, and when I explained this situation to the crew, they understood it, and I showed them that in the past all my orders have been with beans so it was not my first time due to which it could have been a mistake or anything, so, after looking at the facts and realizing it was not their mistake or mines, they remade any of the items which were affected by the issue, thank you for the amazing service, can’t appreciate enough for the above and beyond service which was provided. Stood at the counter being ignored for almost 15min, then after asking one of the workers standing right in front of me if I could place an order he looked at me and just Said " Just use the order screen ", I was paying in cash, I just walked out, DON'T in your right mind order anything from the York rd location, Go somewhere eles.
