Taco Bell, Wexford PA

This Taco Bell is normally awesome but tonight it was even better than usual, which is crazy! Gentleman that was working the window 01/09/2024 at 7: 30 P. M.was one of the kindest workers ever! So polite at the ordering screen and even politer at the window, food was so good too! This kind of thing a lot of the time goes unnoticed - it is so refreshing to experience kindness anymore. If the manager of this place is reading this GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE.

Ordeee online, showed I was paid, refused to fill the order because they didn’t show it. I guess 2 burritos was worth corporate complaints and bad reviews- horribly ran by Clyde and Nicole

Arrived to pickup online order at 8pm to doors locked, 5 cars in the drive thru and 2 employees standing outside. They quickly went back in and locked the door when attempting to go in.

Paid $25 for my husband and I to eat here for dinner. Most of our food was soggy as if it had been sitting for hours and hardly had any cheese on it.

The place was so cold there was no way to sit at the diner to eat. We had to leave. It was a mobile app so the order was packaged to sit or eat n go!

So we took home, but then Taco Bell is not the best 15min later
Food is still good to the taste!

Extremely rude workers. Ended up throwing away the food because I honestly don’t trust that they made the food cleanly.

Great and very friendly staff and service. The restaurant was very clean. Bathrooms clean too. Food was great as always. Would recommend the restaurant for all to try

There was a man working the drive through tonight, and I have to say he is one of the most genuinely sweet people I've ever encountered. He just radiates kindness. He had the warmest smile, and the small interaction we had made my night.
I really wish I would have caught his name, but there was a thank you note in my bag from "Carter, Nicole and Max". No, thank YOU all for feeding my hungry self after a long day!

The staff is the best. They misplaced meat in one of our items, and we informed them, and they quickly replaced it and had it ready. No questions asked, unlike other places. Always prompt and accurate in making the orders. It's totally understandable that misses can happen, and they handled it great. Our favourite taco bell in Pittsburgh now!

I came in at 11, so opening time? Unless there was a rave for breakfast? Leftover food scraps on most tables, the floor, the tray station … napkins and food on the floor. My tray had leftover food on it. My chalupa shell was a stale rock. Service was fine, given the sticky touch screen and the food line worker spewing the f word constantly was the only interaction I had with anyone/thing. Look, it’s Taco Bell. I don’t expect much. So you know it was bad to 1. Notice and 2. Leave a review.

Friday night the lady that was working drive thru late at night, did not give us silverware. I waited for her but she was texting on her phone and after waiting a few minutes I knocked on the window and she rolled her eyes, threw her phone down and walked over and was rude when I asked for silverware.

We were the first ones in the dining room on a Sunday. Floors are sticky, tables are dirty, bathrooms have no soap, and food was cold.

The experience was good, but they put items in a bag rather than the boxes they were supposed to come in, which crushed the hard tacos. If they did not have boxes, they should have put the tacos on top so as to not get crushed by other items. We have had this issue occur several times at this location. The food was good if you like crushed tacos.

The service was horrible! I waited AT the order box for about 10 minutes. Nobody was in front of me nor was anyone inside. I wasn’t even greeted and when i asked “are you open” the man mumble something I couldn’t even make out. I waited for so long and just to get to the window and watch the man go on his phone and not do anything but mumble to take orders. And still forgot my sauce. Awful service

This place is great, the workers are great, and the food is great. Using the app to order so I don't fumble my words at the drive thru is great.
