NEGATIVE STARS- HORRIBLE SERVICE!

1st. Stop TB on Bustleton
Absolutely awful! Not sure if it's me, but they have a poor quality of customer service and no respect. Walked in to place an order, waited 15 minutes before someone decided they were going to come help. When asked, how I can be helped I proceeded with my order, not even half way through the order the young kid looks at me and says, "yeah no" and walked away to take orders from the drive through.

Absolutely horrible! Will not go back and would give negative star if I could.

Left that Taco Bell and went to the one on Harbison Ave. Placed my order, waited over 30 minutes to get it. My craving box comes with a drink, I was charged for 2 extra drinks. I order 3 Craving boxes, only received 1 order of the cinnamon twists. I was already aggravated from the incident at the other TB, so I didn't look at my order before leaving. When I got home I noticed it. Horrible.check you're orders before leaving.

Food took a little long ordered from Uber eats first guy stole my food and when I contacted location candy was amazing and professional she even hand made my order to make sure the driver got it

Whatever girl worked at the drive through window on 11/26/23 at 10-11pm with glasses is rude. I picked up food for me and my family, I felt rushed put of the line while I was trying to check and make sure everything was there. Then I get home and low and behold my fiance was missing an item. He drove all the way back 15 mins away. She was still at the window. (She has glasses) He tells her the issue and she tells him she can't do nothing for him because the car conform whether or not he received it. He then asked for the manager and told him what she said and how rude she was. The manager rectified the situation but that girl needs a class on customer service and how to talk to people at the very least. Thank you!

I have to give a major shout out to Savanah and Jessica who work at this location their night crew and I must say best service I ever got from a fast food place.i had a terrible experience at their other location the one located on 7855 Oxford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111 very rude and made me feel like I was bothering him after he gave me the food from the back I just dint trust it went to a 7500 Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19152 taco bell and told them if there's any way to exchange the food I just was not gonna eat the food from that location Savanah and Jessica were so sweet and understanding I only go there now to the boss of Savanah and Jessica you have some amazing employees they deserve a raise for such great customer service they deliver.

This Taco bell has definitely gone down in all areas of service. Food was cold order was wrong and I won't be coming back

All of the workers standing in front of the register but not willing to take my order even when they see im with a toddler. Disgusting! Shame on all of you. The only guy cooking and working was about to take my order because he saw no one would help. Why should he take my order when he is doing all the work and orders? I told him it was okay because I felt bad for him. That’s why I went next door to Dunkin’ Donuts which is always busy because they have excellent customer service. Soon they’ll realize no customers means no money, no job

The Chalupa was all right, last week I got the same thing and my Chalupa was stale and falling apart this time they made a right, but they gave me some potatoes that looks like they were fried over 20 times to the point that I tried to fork the potato and the fork wouldn’t go through. All, and I always put no beans on my burritos and for some reason my burritos be nothing but beans and cheese.

Food looks slapped together and they always forget parts of your order. One time they forgot 3 burritos and when I went back to let them know, the on worker looked at me like I was lying. The manager I ended up talking to has great customer service.

Cold food, substituted hard tacos for darrito tacos, they charged me for it and still gave me regular tacos. Had maybe a shred of cheese. Don’t go to this location

Taco Bell is a great restaurant especially speaking in my first day of work there Plus I eat there sometimes and I gotta say overall the service is pretty good

The only thing I can say negative is how long the line is, but I would imagine that’s a good problem to have.

Came through the drive thru Saturday night and order my food got my food home and everything in the bag was wrong wasted my 27 dollars never will eat here again

I have been here three times after my last bad experience/review so I deleted my review, and have a better one.because for the three times I've been here they've been friendly. My order has been good and I've been satisfied. Thank you. Keep up the good work

Trash place. Will never order from this specific Taco Bell again. These pigs did not make the order correct. Waste of money and time. I don’t remember Taco Bell ever being this bad, but it’s this place messed it up for me.

Place was clean, food was great. The staff is awful. Just plain rude staff-particularly a girl with red hair. I really tried to thank the girl for my food and she just looked me up and down with the sourest face I’ve ever seen. Didn’t even acknowledge my “thank you. ” Nice. Will absolutely avoid a place where the food is great, but the staff is unwelcoming. No thanks.

We spent close to $80 for our delivery tonight. 2 of the quesadillas did not receive meat. There was also a long hair in a taco from the party pack. I also work in the industry, and after working 13 hours, this is what I chose as my “meal” for the day. Just gross. Disappointed please use hair nets at the very least and the best scoops.

They do more talk than Work. That's why service is super slow. They are RUDE also. Seems like they don't have MANAGER or nobody to look after the Store.

I'm understanding how fast food and restaurants cut costs and all but when there is more sour cream than taco meat there is an issue. All 4 tacos we ordered had very little meat. I paid for extra meat on two chicken chalupas yet barely got any amount of chicken. Do better, especially when your consumers pay for extras.
