I like your Mexican pizzas I'm glad you brought them back and I like your soft tacos thanks again

Im not sure why, but every single time i order online and pick up my order, its always wrong. Every time i order a beef supreme chalupa and always get chicken. And i always ask for no beans and always get beans. Its like anything i try to swap or customize always comes the way its originally offered. I overlooked it the first few times, but it has literally happened every time i order from here. My kids don't like beans so we always ask for no beans on anything we order but still get beans. I love this taco bell and agree that everything seems better at this location, but anytime i customize my order, its always made the original way for some reason.

Ordered the new steak grilled cheese nacho fries, and this is what I received. Paid $6 for like 6 fries. It's pretty much Just a clump of cheese. Really unhappy right now, especially as someone who works as management in food service. I normally have no issues with this location, but this is ridiculous.
The pictures online are totally different from what this is. I ordered online, so I know I ordered the correct thing. Rest of my order was fine.

This is a chain fast food place, therefore I cannot give it wild rankings. That being said, I generally get what I ask for and the food is fair. Occasionally my portions are weak and my tacos feel like mostly tortilla. This tends to be the norm for most places, but I do feel that I can usually count on this location for decent quality food. Just check your bags before you leave.

One of the most consistently good fast food establishments I've ever frequented. I do mobile orders and the ingredients are always so much better here than on State Street. Cheese is always hot. Fries always seasoned well. Always a fast drive thru line no matter what. Kudos.

The food items at this particular Taco Bell in Hermitage on route 18 have very fresh ingredients. The only reason I did not give it a five-star is because the last two visits there I was charged for supreme tacos when I ordered regular tacos and it came to light on my second visit there. But I will continue to go. Just keeping an eye that they are charging me for the right items

Got breakfast items here. They were accurate to order and fast! Used app to order with no issues.

Drive thru messed up the order shorted two items. Went inside and the staff was rude you would think it would be a priority to correct it but I had to stand in line for 15 minutes as they slowly made orders staff was lazy and slow and very poorly made food wrapped sloppy and I half the toppings.very disappointed after waiting I asked how much longer till my order they said they didn't know.with obvious three orders ahead of me I left without my food and without my money

This location generally has very quick service even if there is a line. The food is always hot and tasty. They do have the new chile verde nacho fries, which were pretty good. If you have something that needs to be special ordered, this location is by far better than the other Hermitage location.

Good Taco Bell! Drive through is street side tho so it can be loud trying to get your order in.

Stood waiting for help over 5 mins. Food not made correct. I eat at taco alot lol this place has gone down. Drive Thu last week forgot food. Good luck

I always come to this location. I went to the other location once and never will again. This location is consistently clean, friendly, and the food is good. Employees who are friendly and look like they actually like their jobs. The food is always fresh and made to actually look like it's advertised and the orders are always correct. They are also faster.

Had to call back when I got home bcuz my order was ALL messed up! AND THEY'LL GIVE YOU A FREE TACO! Ummm.no you are going to replace my meal!

The person who waited on me was very sweet and helpful. I had been waiting to get a Mexican pizza since they had come back out but this was the first time they were not sold out. Sadly was horrible. I'll just try to make my own from home from now on. Sadly disappointed.

The people that work at this Taco Bell are a lot more pleasant than the other one in town I will go out of my way to drive to this Taco Bell any day of the week

The employee who served me at the drive to go was very rude only because I questioned her because she did not have what I ordered, and she and another employee did not want to serve me, they told me to leave.

Got 10 Soft Taco Supremes took them home they were the grossest things I've ever eaten I ate two of them and threw the rest away will never go back $30 down the drain
