Taco Bell, Allentown PA

Food comes out sloppy, missing items each time so I always gotta sit an extra minute or two to check my order. I like jalapenos and sour cream on my tacos so I always ask for them on my tacos. Sometimes the sour cream is on it but in just a big blob on the end of it or it's in a cup. Jalapenos (if they add them) are in a cup even though I ask for them on my tacos. And they only give like 4-5 slices for 4+ tacos!

Please don't go to this place a disaster one day its drive thru one day its pick up inside just stupid the line stays backed because they in there playing on there phones

It was fine, but experienced a bit of confusion as based on the taco bell app the taco bell location had indoor dining but when got there, only drive thru was available. Not a huge deal, but they should make sure the information provided on the app reflects current conditions.

Not bad service, good food, but they seem to be skimpy on the sauce.
If they remember at all.

I truly have to say we just had the best Taco Bell experience we have ever had here. Order was 100% correct, got hooked up with the sauce, and the woman at the window was incredibly kind and helpful. Glad this is our go to Taco Bell, keep up the great work folks!

Been waiting to get my food in the front for 20-30 mins now and I ordered it online. My phone said my food is ready and I didn’t get it yet.

I went to the taco bell on airport rd, after waiting in the drive thru for over 15 min I ordered two $5 box and three tacos. When I got to the window the employee their only gave me one $5 box. I asked about the second one and she was so rude, she told me that I was not charge for it in a rude way. I told her I wanted to pay for the second box and she said that I had to go around and make the line again. She called her manager and the manager told me that he was not able to help me that I would have to go around and wait again to get the second box he was yelling at me as well as the person in the window. I explained to them that I was waiting to be helped for over 15 min but they didn’t care. The manager just walked away as he was calling me names. This was the worst experience I had in any fast food restaurants.

Lady at the drive thru window COMPLETELY ignored us at the speaker and the window. She saw us at the window didnt even open the window to talk and didnt even make eye contact. Beware of the heavy set blonde haired white lady at the drive thru, SHE IS THE DEVIL.

Ordered today and they missed one of my burritos and charged me for it, and for the other they gave me regular soft taco instead of a taco supreme and still charged me for it. Not happy about that, but the service was nice.

Very rude employees. It has been many times they don't ask you what saucy would like but they will assume. And when you ask to exchange the sauces it becomes more of an altercation.

The service was amazing, and the crew was polite and grated be with a smile. I don't say this often, but I would near to differentiatly work there.

This taco bell is good food is always hot and fresh the only thing that sometimes they close early I dont know why

I love this taco bell. I don't come often, but when I do, it is always a positive experience. Staff are always friendly, they listen carefully to the order, and my order is always perfect in regard to the contents and the quality.

It's good. Sometimes they have an off night and the food is a bit greasy, other times it's on the money and its fresh and hot. Staff is great, especially when going for tacos at 9 p.m.

They always forget my fries mannnnnn if not they forget the little things like sauce, single tacos, or Cinna bites. Kinda sucks being I go here once a week.

This place is garbage. If you enjoy waiting 30 mins in the drive thru then this the spot. Bunch of idiots working the place. Go inside and still got to wait 30 mins.

Incompetence abounds at this location. They got my order wrong. I went back in to have them fix it and stood there for almost 15 minutes while other customers came and went. Every time I go there its the same thing. If I could give zero stars I would.
