5 This place was incredibly rude. I called looking for specific items, as this is a tactical wear store- their business is called " Tactical Wear " and was immediately met with an elitist attitude.
The person who answered didn't even know what load bearing equipment was, they didn't know what brands they stocked and was extremely rude.
I was helped by a gentleman then after and he was great. Overall not willing to deal with the public much, which for me is a turn off. They asked if I was military or law enforcement - which shouldn't matter, and by asking that question you get the sense that they want to discount you. They have no idea of anyone's past, or what they currently do nor should they care if they are a business. Thats my opinion on it anyway.
This place is not open.sign on door says "by appointment only" that would have been helpful information to have on the website.
Customer service was excellent. Very easy to order and received the item sooner than expected.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, family owned business with a great selection for all your tactical needs.
Amazing shop! Has what I need. Can answer all of my questions. Love stopping in to see whats new!
