Horrible experience. Paid for them to get the registration and title and it's been almost 6 months. They claimed we didn't send the correct documentation, we did. It isn't our fault they work as a disjointed mayhem where miscommunication and misinformation among themselves runs rampant. I used to get very good customer service from them. That isn't the case anymore. They are inded a very shady business that engages in fraudulent business practices. Last time I called and asked for Amit, they hanged up on me and I was being very polite and respectful. Very unprofessional. If there is karma, their dishonesty will comeback and haunt them. I pray to God it does!

Chris and Yanan were incredibly professional and explained everything that I needed to know about my new car thoroughly. Everyone, not just Chris and Yanan, worked quickly and efficiently. When we asked questions they made sure to answer us to the best of their knowledge and provided us anything we asked for. Would 100% come back and refer people to them. It’s a great experience!

The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because I actually do love my car. However, working with the dealership has been such a headache since day one. In July, I went to look for a car on a Tuesday and met a sales person, who agreed that I could come back the next day to take it to my mechanic.
The sales person was not working the next day so I had to deal with, who I assume was, the financial manager. He was not the best at communication and they kept us there way too late that night, which was stressful. When we went to sign the papers, the montly payment was wayyyy too high. The car was being sold for $14,333, but the payment was MUCH higher than it should have been. Come to find out, they added gap insurance and bumper to bumper insurance that I wasn't even asked if I wanted. This added an extra $4,000 to the bill. Later, when talking to a friend, I learned they did the same thing to him and when he asked them to take it off they told him he was stupid. He was also very dismissive about my feelings on the high interest rate, which he tried to reassure me, "didn't matter that much. " I really wish I would have just walked out then when he said this incredibly inaccurate fact. Luckily, I am going to refinance at a MUCH better interest rate.
On top of that my mechanic found that the serpentine belt was cracked. They promised to fix it at their mechanic, I just needed to call them. I set up an appointment which was very inconvenient. After it was fixed, I found trash in the engine compartment, but even worse the car started making the WORST noise when it was being driven at 1500 RPM under 20 MPH or up a hill. I had to make another appointment and they found out that it was because their mechanic did not clean the pully under the belt. They cleaned them up and it's been driving perfectly.
