The person they have cleaning with no gloves is the cook…and he cooks with his bare hands! I specifically asked the hostess not to allow him to handle my food and he did anyway. He touches food with his bare hands after cleaning with chemicals and doesn’t wash his hands. Very unsanitary! He doesn’t speak or understand English. When I expressed my concern to the owner he told me to shut my mouth and zip it. IGNORANce at its finest. I’ll never eat from here.

Whenever you order food here, make sure to ask for Essic. He will take care of you. Great selection. Ordered the grilled chicken kebab and shrimp. Savory taste. The hot sauce was my favorite. Will definitely come back for lunch.

The customer service was amazing from placing the order on the phone to picking it up and being greeted by Drea, with a warm welcoming smile. I will definitely be coming back just because of the customer service! The food was amazing too!

Even doe food came late I highly loved the customer service the girl was so nice and respectful with great attitude after ordering here so many times this one girl highly recommended she stated that she was new and took her time and repeated everything great job finding the best one takkaaa

Very clean establishment, friendly workers, and the food is great. The cheesesteak worth every bite, the steak and shrimps so yummy and tender come check them out you won’t be disappointed

Stop what you’re doing and go order!

I ordered a cheesesteak Lunch special. She charged me $20 but the menu says $15. I’ve been trying to let her know where she went wrong. A manager interfere to try to correct it but I was so frustrated that I said it’s OK. He then continue to make my food. When I got home and opened it up, the cheesesteak was very very messy and there was ketchup on my fries, which I never ordered it that way to the point where I took a few bites and threw the rest away, very disappointed, and will not recommend this place to anyone.

This place has rude order takers and delivery drivers the food is ok but not worth putting up with attitude problems need better customer service skills

Just ordered a chicken cheese steak wrap and the lady in red was really rude. Customer service has been not so good every since the original lady left.will not be coming back!

The cheessteaks are excellent and worth the money.
Did not care for the Buffalo wings they are not like regular Buffalo wings it like there fried with some coating first. The Buffalo sauce doesn't stay on them.
I liked everything else I got from them and now is the only place I go. I hope they switch where they get there wings from or how they make them because I could eat them twice a week.
I would say give it a try. Better food and customer service then the one down the street.

After completing my order, I chose to pay with a card. I requested the speaker not repeat my credit card information out loud and he responded that he was declining my order because I should order from a store I trust. I made the same request before and did not receive that response. The speaker then hung up on me.

OMG.their fish hoagies are delicious! Will definitely be my go to every Friday.these are the great guys @ Takka. Customer service is superb
