After being treated horribly at Bloomingdales for being plus size. Oksana helped me find the perfect outfit for an important meeting I had. Everyone was lovely and accommodating, will definitely come back again. Can't thank you enough!

Love Talbots! That being said this store never has my size, never! They are happy to order things for you but do not expect to walk out with an outfit! The staff is nice but often never come back, especially when they don’t have what you are looking for.

I had such a lovely experience at this store today as well as with phone customer service. I needed to order a dress in two sizes, I was truly between size measurements and unsure which would fit best. Somehow a size came up available in the store via their online system that they didn't think they actually had in the store. They searched the store and it turned out they found me the second size, I was able to try both in store, and walk out with the one that fit me. That's the first time since COVID began I've felt comfortable even going into a dressing room, it was incredibly clean there. Everyone was just so nice and accommodating. I actually needed the dress in such short order for a funeral so it was especially appreciated during such a tough time in my life they made at least one part of my day easy. Now that I know the level of customer service I can expect on top of having such great dress options I will absolutely be back, thanks again!

With a very sad heart I had to return a holiday present. A beautiful print cashmere sweater. I loved it but the neckline was just to high!
The staff was very helpful in finding another cashmere sweater, they also were very patient with me perusing the racks to find some thing else to take care of the little balance that I had to spend. As it turned out, I found a great print light v neck sweater that was so me. Spent a bit but made for a great shopping outing.

This Older Lady is soo nice including the other workers. Even when I went pass cashier because she so busy. After she finished she came back and spoke to me a big smile. Who do this in this time retail. PLEASE visit. The BEST beside Towson in Maryland.
