2First time visiting this store today and customer service was outstanding. The ladies there were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely have given 5 stars if the clothes weren’t so pricey, but they are definitely great quality and I was fortunate enough to go when they had a good sale going on.
I went into the store the first time and was not greated. The second time I went on intentions of spending money and three sales clearks were at the desk looked at me never smiled never said hi never asked if they could help me with anything. Felt like they stared at me while a walked around though. I thought what horrible customer service. I finaly walked out because me and my husband shop at buckle at the milcreek mall and receive wonderful customer service so I will never go into Talbott again.
