I came from Colorado and I tell u this the staff here is very friendly and get to u as quick as the can. I have 756 donations. Only about 10 here in Harrisburg and I would put any and all of these stickers up against any in Colorado. And that's the honest to gods truth. Trust me I've been donating for years.

It’s just poor service all around no answer the phone New donors just sit for some hours it’s like no wants to do their job

I used to go here during 2009 and 2010 and all the staff was great. They're probably gone by now. The donors can be crazy, rude, loud, instigating and just plain troublemakers.

My husband donates there and i used to.very unprofessional and lazy staff.last time i donated it took two and a half hours.only 40 minutes on the machine itself, rest of the time was waiting for staff to hook up the machine, and stick me.i got told to put away my phone while other people were talking on theirs or listening to music very loud.nobody answers the phone.ever.they need a staff recycle.because who they have now are rude and indifferent unless you are their friend or relative!

This place is VERY unorganized & inconvenient. My first time going I spent like 6 (after being turned away 1st couple of times to start the process of even becoming a donor) 2hours of opening and 2hrs before closing no one can donate unless they’ve made an appointment prior and the professionalism is lacking detrimentally. If you have a job mind as well go to another site because it’s not job friendly when It comes to convenient donating.

Most of the staff is friendly they'll try to work with you. Just make sure you have your ID the first time and you're good. When you get to the back they ask if you're ok after being stuck. Overall a good experience better than last time years ago I was there.

This place is thashy and filthy.and the staff sucks.had my ears perced for 32 pluss yrs and cuz I wore earings today and it didn't match the paperwork I couldn't donate.nice job saving lives.smh

It was weird when it came to my documents the lady said because my ID had my middle initial but my SS card did not she could not use the document now I been using these documents for years and never heard anything like that before.now mind you it was 4pm and I was a new donor and she said she dont even know why they scheduled me anyways so I think she was just having a bad day so I'm going to try again and I'll give an update what happened
