State Farm was able to cut my insurance bill better than half of what I was paying before and provide me with even more coverage that I didn't even know I could get included with my auto insurance. With the cost of everything increasing it was amazing that they were able to get me more insurance for less money, hands down the best auto insurance experience I've had.

I was in the midst of switching insurance companies. Happy to find that state farm could save me some money. The newness and excitement quickly wore off though. After questioning the employee I dealt with at this location NUMEROUS times. "So, I dont need to call and cancel with my prior providers for MC, home and auto insurance? " The answer remained the same. "No, we break up with your current companies for you. " Great! I thought. Except for they didnt do that.months after I switched companies I was still receiving bills for all 3 of these individual prior insurance companies. I have no problem calling and cancelling myself as I had to do anyway. But if you cant handle the job, dont lie to my face telling me you are going to do that.
