Their service is usually pretty good but this time we ran out of propane and had to wait almost five days to get it

Bad customer service and not very clear about explaining “autofill. ” I do not recommend them.

Leffler, Tanner, Petro, Star, Patriot. One big mess. Billing is all screwed up. Don't bother with them. It's a problem every time I get a bill.

Used them for almost 20 years since they were here when we bought the home. After learning competitors were charging less than 1/2 for propane I decided to switch. They came and picked up my old tank, expecting a credit for the unused propane I receive a bill for over $ 50.00 saying that there was not a regulator on the tank. I know for a fact it was there. I sent them 2 separate letters explaining this, they have not once responded to my letter which did ask for a response. They continue sending me the bill for the regulator. I will not pay this bill as they are attempting to circumvent the credit. They have chosen not to respond to any requests and I encourage anyone who wants a reputable company to search elsewhere. I don't mind paying a little more for good service but more than 2 times for a company that has no ethics? No more!

I've been calling them for over a week. Their circuits were constantly busy. I call again today and the phones are still busy. Thank God for Tevis fuel! They've filled my tank and Tanner Home & Energy has lost a customer.

I have dealt with Tanner Energy since 2002. They were highly recommended at the time. I have compared Tanner to other companies periodically over the years.and Tanner always comes out on top with the best prices and fast service. Will continue to use them. Thank you, Gary Lehman

Terrible. I have tried them for 2 years. I am a cash customer as I have been repairing my Credit. When calling for the first time I advised them of this and they still pulled my credit taking my score down 7 points for requesting a credit check even though I asked not to. They have been over a week in getting me propane three times and leaving our tank empty for a few days in the middle of the winter. I pay them cash in full for every delivery This last time we called on the 13th with no calls from them to date they have not delivered today is the 27th. Spring is coming so I told them they have 3 days to pick up their tank. Terrible company to work with. I would never recommend them to anyone.
