Department Store Target reviews
16Prices are "interesting" to say the least. Often when I use this store there are no available cashiers so the only option is "self check out". I am usually trying to save money and closely watch the prices on the shelves however, when items scan the prices are very different. While I could wait, and wait, and wait for a human team member to check the price I don't usually have the time. So today for example, I paid $5 over the stated price for a set of sheets. That may have been okay but I would have bought the more expensive sheets for that price. I've noticed this on past trips and have tried whenever possible to go to the human cashier so I can challenge the price difference. Today that wasn't an option. Next time I'm going to leave everything and just walk out. Once is an error, several times is a pattern.
Horrible location if you're a tourist, it's nothing like home. No signs on or near the bathroom to say an associate is needed or to even direct which door it is. I was a paying customer and my child needed to go and almost went on himself because the associate was hiding.
So many of these reviews complain that this store is too small, without the varied stock found in suburban stores. I live in the Rittenhouse area and this store is just perfect for us. Do you not understand that we like to shop local and keep all of our smaller shops in business? This Target is perfect for what we occasionally need. If you don't like the store, drive to the suburbs.
COVID HAZARD big time this place is. Dirty registers and staff hang out and do nothing. Fingerprints and dirt all over them. I saw homeless people just hanging out funking up the place in the aisles. The upstairs is always boiling hot. What a mess this store is.
An extremely bad attitude of a store clerk, who asked me to get out of store just because my daughter use the restroom while we shopping.
Its an extremely unacceptable attitude. XXX
Trying to get electronics there can be like pulling teeth. If you are lucky enough that someone is in the area to open a case for you, asking them for help feels like you asked for an impossible task. Sorry to be sure a burrdon! Just trying to spend my money with you.
Small compared to another's i preferred my local target. Also one day I ask if I get something at the electronics department if I can checkout there and the employee said no what customer service is that she wasn’t doing anything and it was just have few items. That day first floor was crazy and I just need few items. I have to leave without my stuff. Is a shame they need better training in how to help customers. So sad bz I’m a regular customer and also a credit card holder.
It needs more options in every section. And just because you dont have a basket doesn't mean that your stealing.
Yes the location is great but it's too small, not enough options. This is does NOT have electronics, furniture, vacuums and such like that. It's only for a quick run. It's mostly food and pillows here. Don't waste your time.
Great addition to the neighborhood. So convenient. Great selection, especially with regard to food choices.
It's nice.they still look like they're moving in.no elevator and the stairs could stand to be a little wider
I call ahead to see if they have the item I was looking for They said yes They did not have it at all
Doesn't really have much, but it has all the basic things that you would put in any other Target.
Found most everything I wanted. Couple of things were out of stock.
Will get them the next time I am in the store.
This is a very small target, with a very limited selection of products. My visit to the store was to buy a pair of shorts since mine had ripped while traveling. This Target was a few blocks from the hotel that I was staying in, so I was excited about the convenience. There were 2 styles of shorts to choose from, but sadly a very limited size selection. Although I have no doubt that a "normal" Target would have had what I wanted, I did not end up finding anything that worked for me here.
