Target, Quakertown PA

I have been doing grocery shopping here to use up some gift cards and I keep experiencing perishable food going bad within days of my purchasing it. Really frustrating and I'm not going to continue perishible food here.

Pagie the young lady who checked me out was excellent! She was perfect! Tha whole store is friendly, great shopping experience! The store is clean and well stocked! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Placed a curbside pickup order for 4 picture frames while in the parking lot. Waited 15 minutes and went in to see how long it would be. They told me 2 hours. TWO hours for them to grab 4 picture frames. I noticed a handful of employees just standing around on their phones. Clearly not processing curbside orders.

I had no choice but to wait, then over an hour later they tell me they don’t have 4 in stock. I walked back to the frames section and found 4 of the exact frames I ordered. Clearly an employee didn’t look hard enough and marked them as sold out which made the checkout process even longer.

Target, here are my suggestions:
-Shift more employees to curbside pickup, as popular as it is during covid
-Train employees better so they don’t just rush past a section and barely look for the items- this just DELAYS the fulfillment even more.
-if a customer orders curbside, and can physically see the item on the shelf- let there be a process that expedites checkout.

Such a bad experience, and on top of that the employees at this store couldn’t seem to understand my frustration with the lack of prioritizing customer satisfaction and were very rude.

Stay away.

Pretty decent Target for the area.
Diverse staff, very friendly courteous, compassionate, attentive, and deserve more stars for being what I consider average staff and service where I'm not berated or singled out.
It's Target it's not a world class 5**** resort or restraunt where I've had champagne, spa, and infinity pool.

So easy to order, and avoid any lines. If your short on time, this is the way to go! Definitely will be doing this again. Customer Service was very helpful.

The order was ready in the 2 hour time frame quoted and the associates at the store were very thorough, patient and friendly. They go above and beyond. Excellent customer service.

Absolutely no contact curbside pickup - quick and efficient! I showed them my app through the window and they popped the items in my trunk!

This Target actually has the non dairy items my family has been looking for and for great prices. 3 of the grocery stores have had little to none in stock? They also have the all natural cleaners we love an need to use. I also love the Mongolia brand items they have in stock. ️

Because the store is neat and clean, the app will take you directly to where an item is located that you want and its easy.

Super nice and friendly staff. Spilled a water by accident and taylor and Maria helped clean it up and were super nice and gave great customer service!

I drove a distance to this location, as there isn't one near my home. I had purchased an electronics item, which, the first time i took it out of the box, did not work. They said they no longer carried the item and could not even offer a similar exchange or store credit. So i am out the money and gas/drive time for a brand new item that doesn't function.
And the bathrooms are normally pretty filthy.

The line went quicker than I thought it would but the tall lady directing the line was so nasty and had such an attitude with everyone. She seemed like a manager to me but I don’t know ill come back if im going to get an attitude everytime Im waiting to pay for my groceries. Might have to take my chances at Walmart where the employees don’t talk to you

Location Nice store, but there was no security to enforce the stores mask policy. I saw 2 adults with no masks. I did not feel safe.

I LOVE Target! Always find what I want/need and then some. This is also my favorite Starbucks so I shop there frequently. Highly recommend!

Don't know why I still had to come in and shop for bread, when it was on the shelf. Why couldn't I have ordered it with my PICK-UP order? Target has, without a doubt, the WORSE E-commerce site in the world. I don't know why I torture myself every time I want to place an order. Just desperate for food these days, I guess!

It's nice. I was just there after a wonderful #MayThe4thbeWithMCAofTheBeastieBoysDay. Prior to my arrival, I was all up the paint. I was on a supermarket sweep! I even resisted the urge to Squeez the Charmin. However, I'm not sure if she was able to resist the vortex of that circle.

Great store, good selection. They have alot of different stuff that other stores do not have. Great prices to, especially on jackets and tops and jeans.

The store is clean, easy to browse, employees are nice. I love the Target App and the search option in it!
