Department Store Target reviews
25I like this store. It's very well stocked with stuff other stores don't have. Not even Walmart. Take Lego for example. Target carries a wide variety of sets that you can usually only find online or in a Lego Store. This store has a very big selection. Employees were helpful.
Really clean and organized target. I came here for a few things and ended up with a basket full of things got into self check out. Had a PHENOMENAL cashier by the name of Faith, she helped me scan, told me about the target credit card and helped me download the target app for offers and cash back credits. She really was the light of the whole shopping experience, happy to see that human connection didn’t die out during these times. I feel like this review is not enough for how much she helped me.
I enjoy being able to find the things that I need from food to home decor and even theme oriented items.
Everyone who works there is so kind and attentive. I had an issue where my receipt wouldn’t print and they were so quick and nice.
Well stocked, helpful associates, didn't have what I was looking, but this is the 3rd place I went to that didnt have it, so I'm not holding it against them.
Always long lines and it's difficult to distinguish between the self checkout lane and service line.
I have been to this store twice this week. In each instance the customer entering the store immediately before me was not wearing a mask, even there are several signs indicating that this is a requirement.
I pointed this out to one of the red-shirted Target employees. In each case the employee replied that he/she was not even going to ask the customer to wear a mask.
Until Target improves their enforcement of mask wearing for customers, you may wish to rethink your need to shop at this particular Target.
Poor online service.ordered a black phone cover for my I-phone. Shipped a Lavender cover. Returned at the Cheltenham Store. They said it happens all the time. They ship whatever they have. No notification to the customer,
It's Target so you know you will love it. This Target though is one of the worst I've been to. I've been there a few times because it's near my house, and they never have big toddler sizes (3T, 4T, 5T). Also, they are usually out of many things during peak season (bathing suits for women at the beginning of summer, rash guards for kids). Not worth the trip as I usually leave with one or two random items but not what I was looking for.
Nice medium-sized Target located next to a Home Depot and a super market. Staff seem stretched thin as no one picks up the service phone. Otherwise fair selection and small grocery area, too. If you enter the shopping center from the wrong side you can't see the Target, keep driving around.
Love target and the one in Warrington is very nice. The layout is the best. I come from mt.airy just to shop at this target
Very useful, it has all the appliances that one would need at home. Excellent if you need to grab something quick or you have a more extensive list
Had to pickup an online order today, and then thought to pickup candles while I was there. I'm always followed when I come to the store, the beauty of having (hated) black skin. With all the cameras and monitoring devices you'd think they considered their merchandise safe enough to allow black men to shop freely without harassment.
This Target is the most empty one I have ever been to. It seems like it has been robber by other Target.
My time was a little long because of me gettingConsumephone and the SIM card was hard to activate but other than that an hour and a half I think I need a bonus thank you both parties was really helpful and patient just a little confiscation about the sim card.all total every thing went well after that.phone works well. But they forgot to give me the cell phone number. I had to call 611 for help.peace.
Today I went to target at Cheltenham mall the lady at the snack counter gave excellent service space she went the extra mile. Plus the lady at Starbucks makes a mean mocha frappe
Prices are a little higher just because its about 5 feet outside the city limits. But operates like any other city based department store.
Their customer service skills needs improvement. Every the manager. To high for nothing. Target should have been closed down.
Great selection and a courteous staff, but do exercise care when purchasing items such as Lego or SIM starter kits. There have been occasions where the Lego sets had been open, pilfered and replaced with junk. Would recommend check the box with the cashier first.
As for buying SIM cards? Have the clerk open the package. Bought an AT&T starter kit. Upon opening it at home, the SIM card had been taken. No refund or exchange was offered.
Caveat emptor rings true here.
Customer service in electronic are a big bag off garbage said they had a game left in stock looked for a few seconds and tells me we have one in stock but i cant find it and walks allway real professionals they have working ther no stars
