Department Store Target reviews
18Came at around 11 on a Monday thinking it wouldn’t be crowded and I was WRONG! Tons of employees clogging up practically every grocery aisle restocking shelves with carts and pallets full of merchandise all over the aisles. Can’t this kind of work be done at night when the store is closed?
It could be better, I asked an employee for help just for her to yell at me that she’s off the clock, the store is a little messy and missing a significant amount of merchandise, but have most of the essentials.
This Target has a wider selection than the one I usually go to but is always extremely busy with long unorganized checkout lines.
Thank you for selling me a real hp computer with a genuine product key. I went to P. C. Richard and Son last week for the cheapest price and they sold me a counterfeit version of windows. Target always been a trusted store with official products. I just wished they had the computer I really wanted but they was sold out but I will settle for the real computer over a fake one any day! Thank you Target for having real products.
For the life of me… I don’t understand why ppl work customer service if you knowingly know you have a nasty attitude. I figured I do them a favor and come in to pick up my curbside order because they take FOREVER (unlike Cheltenham Target. Their outside rain, sleet, hail or snow waiting on you to pull up). I go in and it was such a huge ordeal for them to simply pull my order. Thankfully Kylie came out and assisted me w/ a pleasant attitude and a smile. I hate Cottman Target. Yet ppl wonder why I drive to Cherry Hill Target for the most part. Thank you so much Kylie!
Bey fast and easy process. I ordered something for a friend to pickup. I'm in VA - he was in PA. He said it went perfect
Awful service. They never answer their phones and are perpetually understaffed. You’ll get attitude, but also OK prices so I guess we still go. If Walmart was closer we’d go there.
I accidentally went to the wrong Target to pick up my order. I decided go to the cosmetic department to look for the five items I placed online, Sales Associate Kim greeted me as I enterered the department. She friendly patient and happy to assist me. Extremely customer satisfactory focused. I found her supervisor and informed him of my experience. He too was very kind. He immediately congradulated Kim for her efforts. At the checkout registry I also received exceptional service. The associate who rang me out was apologetic for the wait. Very Friendly people which made for a happy experience.
This is my Second favorite store! They are like the best, it was such a home vibe going here during the lockdown and etc when corona first started. I love it here, I highly recommend
Employees in the return section lack professionalism. They have no customer service skills, they're rude, straight up walk away from you mid service, laughing and carrying on like it's a block party. Work can be fun, but there a time and a place for everything and it's certainly not mid servicing a customer.
I love target and it's quality of items and their prices aren't as high but could be alittle better. But you get what you pay for right?
I love the environment and Target is definitely set up to make you spend more money I love it though amazing things at amazing prices.
Easy smooth process, staff was very courteous, friendly, and prompt with my order. Will definitely be using this app and curbside pickup often. For anyone who is high risk to covid this is the way to go.you don't have contact at all they put your items right in the your trunk of your vehicle.
I been coming to this target for years. I would say that I was a loyal customer but based on what happened today, I may reconsider my loyalty. I was shopping with my mother and for the course of an hour we were followed around. While looking at sweaters at the women section, 6 employees came close to my cart because i had stocked my cart with clothes. But they kept following me. This incident caused my mother and I from continuing shopping. I don't know the reason for them following but I'm assuming that it was due to our poorly dress appearance. We may not dress up well but we've money to spend. It's not like we were stealing. This ignorance and uncomfortable situation that occurred to us should not happen to others.
Easier than going into the store to look for things. With this pandemic going on, I need to be safe. Online shopping and picking items up is the way to go. Especially with curbside assistance.
Employees are rude and lie about stock numbers. They also don’t answer the phone so if you have a question you are forced to go into the store and deal with the rude employees. Terrible. Will never return
I come here because it’s close but this special store of mediocre. They don’t really have ANYTHING. Here and there a few treasures that’s a surprise other than that you might not get anything except EXPENSIVE essentials you can get at Walmart.
They should just shut down starbucks, the espresso machine is never working and they never have anything you want. Plus they always have an attitude.
