Target, King of Prussia PA

Workers are polite and always give you the help you need around the store, however most of the management is unacceptably disrespectful toward their workers.

Now that my kiddos are finally in bed I want to share my experience today at target. I was there today around 11: 30 am and I can say that the cashier that attend me by the name of Rose I believe was very nice a professional the minute I walked up she said hello how are you did you find everything ok today! With a smile then asked if my kids can have stickers I know she notice I was having a hard time but still was very patient gave my kids the stickers and calm them down while I gave her 5 gift cards she scratches them all for me and as she was doing so she had a great conversation with me and said your doing a great job parenting it will get easier trust the process. (I was having anxiety because I felt like I was holding up the line) she said it’s ok take your time please don’t rush. You never know how one person can brighten your day with kind words. Well done target in hiring her I’ll definitely stop by to thank her in person when I’m alone and have some time on my hands. Also a very clean store clean bathrooms and a Starbucks. My kids loved the cart escalator and was excited seeing the cart go down. Love love love this target will come again.

Well, I have and update on my contact lenses order placed at the target in king of Prussia Pa. First, let me start by saying this review has nothing to do with the doctor. Nothing at all. He was fantastic.
After calling a week later for and update on my order, the customer rep said they were in but she didn’t see them anywhere and she would have to call me back. After waiting for two hours for a return call… i decided to physically go to the store. Upon arrival, I spoke to the rep, that said “ they are in but I don’t see them” … she then told me they would not be in for possibly another week. “ the excuse this time was “you know the mail is slow right now. THIS IS AFTER TELLING ME ON THE PHONE THEY HAD ARRIVED. At that point, i asked her to cancel my order. I then asked for a refund and she said it could take 3-5 business days for me to received it. When asked for a receipt… she said I would get it by email.
I called back yesterday to inform her that i never received a cancellation email or a refund … she then said, “ oh, I get the email you don’t”. So now, I have no paper work for my cancelled order and Im waiting for my $99 dollars to be refunded. Im checking my bank account everyday to see when my refund will be issued. I will keep this review posted as things progress….
I WOULD SUGGEST YOU DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CONTACT LENSES OR GLASSES FROM TAFGET OPTICAL.
Not a good experience and very difficult in getting a straight answer.
Today, a day later… I’ve been informed my contact lenses that were canceled and would take several weeks to arrive … have arrived! I asked the sales rep how this occurred when she had informed me my order had been canceled? She said, it was to late to do so! Hahaha. I would say to anyone thinking of buying glasses or contact lenses from Target! Do not purchase them at this store. A total fiasco! I can’t believe everything that occurred.

Went for clothing before a date night. The fitting rooms were closed and all the store areas seemed unorganized. You would have made quite the sale but being unable to try things on is useless as a clothing store

Probably not your fault but why is my entire order out of stock? Never seen so many necessities at once just completely nonexistent at any large target before.then again it’s listed in stock when i purchase it, so someone’s system is inconsistent

This store doesn't accept manufacturing coupon and staffs are really rude and unprofessional. For the time I was there, 4 staffs yelled at me for 10 minutes not allowing me to use the coupon but no one even care to take the time to look at the terms on the coupon. We don't accept "get the item free" coupon is all they repeated.

This store doesn't accept "get item free"coupon which other target stores would accept in the past. Bad customers service not willing to investigate and resolve the problem

I love this place. Lots of good sales going on right now. And decent selection in clearance sections.

I love this target - it’s always a great experience for me and recently I found myself stuck in the garage with a dead battery. I went upstairs to get some assistance from the team and they did their best to try and find a volunteer to help me on short notice. Unfortunately no one was able to help me but I got lucky enough to run into Dell (who had happened to hear my call for help so was familiar when I asked him in last min desperation to help me). He didn’t hesitate and quickly came over to support me and help me get home.

I can’t express my gratitude enough for his kindness. I know he was on his way home but he went out of his way to help turn a miserable situation into something I was able to easily overcome. Well done hiring thoughtful and kind people Target!

I love the convenience of this store. However, the price check machine at the clothing section hasn’t been working for a while. Hope someone will actually fix it.

Not a bad store, but sometimes there will be like 20 skateboarders in the parking lot blocking the travel lanes. Kinda weird they allow this. Huge insurance risk.

The target in King of Prussia is the best! Always clean, fully stocked and the people are friendly. I especially love their curbside pick up. They are so efficient and friendly. Big help for a working mom of 3 that’s always on the go.

This Target has the absolute worst employees. A cashier named Kaitlyn argued with me about how to insert my card for 5 minutes, before finally realizing I was trying to pay with cash. I will never come here again!

I love shopping at this store, it’s clean and most products are in stock. The staff are awesome to interact with. The cashiers are always nice, pleasant and polite.
