Department Store Target reviews
19I'm really disappointed with the quality of the Target store in North Fayette, Pennsylvania. The clothing and accessories sections are so disorganized I don't even want to bother to look at them. And for the second time I brought an entire cart of expired cheese up to the manager because Target employees do not rotate their food stock. The only cheese that wasn't expired was on the front of the peg and everything behind it had a date on it from November. It should not be the responsibility of the customer to check the expiration dates on all of their food before they purchase it. Target used to be a much more upscale shopping experience then going to Walmart, but unfortunately now they're pretty much the same.
Peggy in customer service (at the North Fayette location in Pittsburgh) was absolutely wonderful and helpful with my returns!
Joey and Ann (Anne?) were super duper helpful and made my night! Those guys deserve the world! Amazing customer service!
Three or four times I've placed online orders through the Target app to pickup after work. When my order is placed and paid for which my items are available and in stock, about an hour later I get an email that my items are out of stock. I'm done with Target! Oh.and now they raised the price $. 40 on an item I purchased all the time. Frustrating.
Store is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Even when there are long lines at checkout, they have employees moving customers along to other lines to speed up the process.
I don’t get out very often with 2 young children and my husband works a ton so when I do I really appreciate the respect and help I get here! Every employee seems to really take pride in their position and you can tell!
I was in there the other day when I needed help Finding a gift and Carmyn was there to help me out with such a great attitude and such kindliness 100% recommend Carmyn for any target needs
It is ok. There are a some better stores that have better prices and more stuff. It is a little cleaner than other stores but Walmart and a few others are still a little better because of the prices in my opinion.
However the CVS in this target is amazing. They are super nice and helpful. It is the best pharmacy around. I would have given 3 stars but they made it 4 stars.
I went to this target today in kind of a bad mood and then one of my products wouldn’t ring up so I had to get help and the thing that wouldn’t ring up was a little embarrassing……. The employee Joe who was working on the registers was just absolutely incredible. He really helped me out today. Joe if you see this, never change! Certainly an experience I will never forget and it was just a target run lol. Gives me hope for the world!
This Target had a good selection of household products. Prices were moderate. The cashier was nice, and he performed his job well. I am knocking one star off of my review because I struggled to locate some products that I needed. Perhaps the layout of the store could be organized a bit better.
No matter whenever I travel, Target comes to the rescue for anything that I forget to pack. Thank you.
The North Fayette Pittsburgh location is awesome. The curbside pickup is spot on and you never have to wait long. If you do go into the store, I hope you get to interact with Brennan. He was very helpful and kind. He delivers customer service that is above and beyond what’s expected. Thank you, Target, for a consistently good shopping experience!
I went to your store on Friday the 1st of July 2022, to look for a dress for my sons wedding. I hadn't been here in quite awhile, it was a surprise in there. I don't know who is running the store now but there were clothes, hangars, shoes all over the floor. It was like David bridals was having a$99.00 sale. I was disappointed. The rest of the store was cool. I wasn't looking for a formal dress at all, the dress selection was not good at all. Sizes to big or too small. No in between. I'm not a complainer usually but I wanted to make you aware of my experience. I have family members that shop there also and they have said it has really gone down hill. I probably won't be back for awhile till its cleaned up and more organized.
I was asking an employee about a game to see if she had heard of it and might she know if they sold gift cards for it. She had no idea; however another employee, Steven, was walking by and he knew exactly what I meant and walked me to the gift cards. I did not even have the name of the game correct but he knew what I needed. Very nice, easy going and attentive! Thank you, Steven!
This is a good Target in the Pittsburgh area. Doesn’t seem to have quite as good of a selection of dry goods and food as South Hills Village or East Liberty, but it usually has all of the essentials I need.
I love shopping their they always have interesting items. The shelves are well organized and floors clean. I have never seen it cluttered.
Good selection of products at a reasonable price point. Accessible store layout. Pleasant shopping experience.
Good arrangements and availability, better than Walmart. I bought stuff from your North Fayette, 600 Chauvet Dr, Pittsburgh, PA - 15275; I liked the experience and submitted feedback for improvement; Request if you can help to return some of the foodstuffs which are not as tasty that I thought they would be.
Over crowded and unkempt shelves makes it difficult to enjoy shopping.
Prices after Christmas sale wasn't discounted much. Store clerks all or majority looks and acts like they don't want to be there.
