28 To whom it may concern, on May 25th 2021
at 9pm I returned an item in target located at 912 Airport Center Rd, Allentown PA 18109. As I walked up to the cash register where about 3 to 4 employees huddled up talking amongst each other and me being the first in line I was under the impression that at the very least, I will be told someone will be right with me. As I waited there for 3 minutes I ask a gentleman if someone can help me and he replied “I don’t work in this section” as he took off. Everyone cleared out as I stood there patiently waiting. Finally a heavyset girl that walked away returned back when noticing a line forming about 7minutes later. She was one of the 4 employees huddled up talking when I arrived. I simply ask if she can show some acknowledgment next time when she sees someone waiting in line. She completely ignored me as she continued to make my return. I figured I’ll share my experience this evening in hopes that this won’t happen again. God bless, Angel Miller

Wow. Such a fantastic experience. It was my first time ordering online from Target and my first time picking up. It was so easy and the communication was excellent. I had a quick pick up, and the two guys loaded the large chest freezer into my truck. I highly recommend Target pick up!
Today I went in to trade in my car seat for an updated car seat as my son has out grown the old one. Target had a 20 percent off if you brought in your car seat so I took their offer. All I can say is my experience today was amazing the lady was very helpful from getting me and my fiancé a shopping cart for the new car seat all the way down to taking my card and putting it in the chip reader for me as my hands was all occupied and I also had my son.the whole transaction was so smooth that I didn’t even spend more than 15 minutes in the store.talk about in and out. I would definitely recommend target to friends and family and I wish I would have ask the young lady her name because she definitely went above and beyond and I really appreciate it.
Limited check out options. This target only had 4 self check outs yet still only opens minimal real check outs. They need to install additional self check outs.
Target is the best store to shop at - however - I always buy way more than what I needed when I go inside. I've saved heaps of money by using the app to shop for what I need, place an order, pay directly through the app with my Red card, and then pick it up! The pick up service is super fast and so easy. You literally pull into a parking space and they put your purchases in the trunk! It's so fast and easy!
Stephanie at Customer Service was very, very helpful. She stepped in and helped me with a complicated exchange for baby formula and it was much appreciated!
Target is always clean and very well organized. All of the staff are really friendly and I always have a positive experience at Target especially now everything is sanitized and clean and even check out is cleaned in between customers.
The atmosphere at Target & quality of products are so much better than any other store. Check out is quick & it just feels like a classier shopping experience than other stores.
The store was set up well for distancing. And the lines moved very quickly. I never once felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Great job!
Store is open, and teammates are advising people how to stay healthy, stay supplied. I love my local Target!
Yolanda was very helpful today, she helped us when we had a question and went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. She got out of her way to check up on us! We appreciate it.
I ordered 2 pet related items online and chose the pickup in store option. I received an email letting me know my order was ready for pickup. It was very easy to complete the pickup of my order from customer service. The customer service employee was very friendly and the transaction was very quick. I was even able to checkout at customer service for an additional item I wanted to purchase.
Wow your employees in the electronics department could use some customer service skills. Helpful nature, smile, eye contact those little things go a long way.
Needless to say I will make my electronic purchase at a store who appreciates my business.
Staff friendly.store clean.parking convenient.they have a little bit of everything you need.a bit pricy but affordable.
I used to shop here twice a week. This used to be a really good store. Cedar crest is much much better.this target is always out stock.this place will say they have something online or when you call but when u get there its out of stock. Pizza hut never
have pizza or anything after 5pm.
Love shopping here! I never leave empty handed. The only thing is that at a Starbucks store not in target, I get a plain coffee Frappuccino with the monk fruit sugar instead of the cane sugar syrup and they can make it just fine, but at the target, they always say it won’t be able to blend right which disappoints me since I know they are lying. But overall target is a great place to shop at
So bad I heard one of the employee yell at 7 year old for playing around what’s wrong with these ppl don’t they realize that’s it’s a kid I swear if that was my kid she was yelling at omg it’s family store so understand family’s first before u go hire ppl who don’t know how to deal with kids. Shame on you target that’s not a place I would ever take my family to shop there
Food Ave was awful! Popcorn all over the floor! Associate was no where to be found! He either needs sleep or a drug test! Front person, same! So disappointed!
On hold for 20 minuets to talk to the pharmacist, got in the car and drove 10 minutes there, still on hold, walked in and got the answer I was calling about in 2 minutes. Heard my phone ringing on hold at the pharmacy counter the whole time. One person in line. Why have a phone? Horrible customer service.
Anthony was superb! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Target app brought me to the store for an item it listed as in stock. Upon arriving I could not find the item, as it appeared to be out of stock. I asked the nearest associate for help and Anthony looked up a few things in his system. He proactively went to the back and checked to see what was going on for himself.rather than shake it off, or simply just tell me they were out of stock, like most associates do, he took it upon himself to ensure I received what I was looking for. He also did a fantastic job of keeping me updated, as they pulled the inventory from a back pallet. I could not be more please with the level of service. Thanks!
