Service Advisor James Bell, Who was very professional and knowledgeable about my situation. He set up a ride to and from my home while my vehicle was being serviced. Plus answering all my questions. Very pleased with the service. Thank you and keep up the great job.

The service department misleads you when describing the wear and tear of your vehicle so that you believe you need to pay for repairs. I got a second opinion on what they told me and I didn’t need to fix one thing on the car. This typically happens around inspection time

Absolutely amazing experience here! Miranda was so friendly and completely professional and kept me informed throughout the entire time my car was getting its oil changed. Mike also had it done in a very timely manner and was very courteous, while also not getting it dirty. Will definitely return!

33 years of driving and over 20 working in the automotive customizing business and I can say I've been around many dealerships and this is by far the best run and best staffed with the kindest people I've had the pleasure to deal with, my salesman Keith Kime was knowledgeable an instant friend by going the extra mile and letting me test drive the bronco badlands sasquatch to my hearts and my wife's approval. He didn't have to stay past his time but allowing me that on the first day made me feel I wouldn't be nickle and dimed and I wasn't. He always makes himself available even after the sale. That's more than five stars in my book.

Purchased a used 2022 F-150 recently. Cindy McMyne did a great job of working with us and finding us just the truck we were looking for. Overall a very good experience at Tasca.

The Tasca Team really outperforms Gibbons. Leadership is everything. It has to come from the top and it does now at Tasca. The general manager, Darryl, really cares about customers. He took care of an issue for us like it was the most important thing he had to do today. The whole team has a different attitude at Tasca today. If you have been absent from the facilities at this Ford dealership, I highly recommend you reconnect with the new team at Tasca Ford.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Tasca Ford. I love the wonderful welcome I received not only when I arrived but the courtesy I received all through out the entire steps of the service and even on the way out. Tasca Ford is really a step above all others in the automotive business.
Give them a try you surely won't be disappointed.
Ps. Have a coffee or beverage on them while waiting

We weren’t even customers of TASCA and my 3 week old 2023 Bronco had an manufacturing issue with the brake lines and TASCA took in our Bronco and is fixing it and also doing the state inspection on it too! Thanks to Dave and Sade! We will be their customers from now on! Kudos

BEWARE
I brought my 2020 Ford Fusion Titanium to the Ford dealership several weeks ago on August 3rd, 2023, due to a persistent rattling noise. It transpired that the issue was related to a recall, specifically involving a cracked flexplate. Accordingly, the dealership undertook the necessary repairs. As per the official communication I received, I was entitled to a loaner car, or alternatively, coverage for a rental vehicle. However, there was a delay in providing me with a loaner car, and it was only after I presented the documentation outlining the agreed-upon procedure that they eventually arranged one, albeit after some insistence and request for manager intervention.

Subsequently, on August 22nd, 2023, the dealership had disassembled the transmission and noted an anomaly: transmission fluid had infiltrated one of the engine compartments, causing corrosion in the valve body connector due to fluid leakage. Curiously, despite both issues being related to the transmission, the dealership asserted that they were unrelated problems. Unfortunately, these additional transmission-related matters were not deemed eligible for coverage, in contrast to the recall stipulation which guaranteed coverage for any issues stemming from the flexplate and torque converter. The estimated cost of repair for this separate concern amounted to $2,100.

I should note that I possess a warranty through SilverRock that ostensibly covers the expenses the dealership declined. On Tuesday, August 22nd, I was assured by James from the service department that he would initiate the claim process with SilverRock. However, two days elapsed without any evidence of a claim submission, and my repeated calls for clarification remained unanswered. In an attempt to address this directly, I visited the dealership on August 24th, engaging in a face-to-face conversation with James. He informed me that his attempts to contact SilverRock had been unsuccessful. However, upon my own attempt, I managed to establish contact within a short span of time (1 minute, 38 seconds), contradicting James's claim of multiple unsuccessful attempts.

James assured me that he would initiate the claim shortly after my departure on Thursday, a commitment that ultimately remained unfulfilled. Subsequently, on Friday the 25th, I made several calls to the dealership without receiving any response. In light of this, I sought to escalate the matter by requesting to speak to the manager, Gayle. I left a message on her voicemail but received no reply. As of Saturday morning, the 26th, I have yet to hear back from either Gayle or James. Regrettably, my interactions with the dealership have been marked by a lack of responsiveness and communication.

It is disheartening to experience such a level of dissatisfaction from a well-established Ford dealership. The lack of adherence to agreed-upon procedures, inadequate communication, and the absence of accountability among management are deeply disappointing. I am resolved to explore appropriate measures to prevent others from undergoing a similar ordeal. My hope is that this situation can be rectified and that the dealership can uphold the standard of service one would expect from a reputable establishment.

This is the 2nd time that we had the mobile unit come to our house for service on my 2022 Bronco Sport. They arrive on time, completes the job in a decent amount of time. I will be using this service again in the future!

Need negative stars. Service yesterday terrible. Don't know if my comments posted. So trying again. Went for state inspection. Took forever. They didn't put a sticker on. What did they do for three hours? No oil change ever took that long!

Will not be returning. I have been going to this Ford location for oil changes & tire rotations since 2019. From 2019-2022 it always only costed me $55. Suddenly they’re charging $111 for the same exact same service. No, I didn’t get an air filter or any of that extra stuff they try to sell you. Why did the price double?

I went to Tasca because they had a certified used explorer that I was interested in. They gave me a good deal and worked with me on the fact that I was waiting on an insurance payout to purchase the vehicle. About a week after I bought it some faults started coming up with the front camera. I had some problems with the service department and a couple of months later it still wasn't fixed. The GM reached out to me and made it right. He really went above and beyond for a single mom that works full time. Darryl did whatever he could to make it work around my schedule and made everything right. I love my explorer and will definitely buy from there again when I need a new car!

My husband purchased a vehicle here 6 days ago, a 2021 "certified" F150 with 30,000 miles on it. When they finally got their systems back online and he was able to finish the transaction, he noticed several things wrong with it right off the bat. The tail light was not only missing a bulb but the plug was completely broken. The interior was hardly cleaned, scratches all over the dashboard, which MY HUSBAND wiped right off, dog nose prints on the windshield, etc.
The worst part though happened while he was headed on a fishing trip, towing a boat that only weighs 2,000 pounds. The truck broke down and left my husband and his 2 friends stranded on the side of the highway. Turns out the rear axle broke, so much for their "certified inspection".
Upon calling this dealership and informing them of what happened and that he expected a rental and would like to begin the return process. They not only said he couldn't return it 5 DAYS after purchase but they couldn't give him a rental vehicle. They weren't willing to work with him in any way to make this right.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE.
