My sister just sent me a box of these for Christmas there are sooooo good there was 12 huge cookies each a different flavor never had a cookie quite like these

Cookies were delicious. My husband went here for the first time and was appalled how rude the owner/manager of this store was. If youre going to work in customers service at least pretend to be nice! I feel bad for employees who work under her.

YOU MAY WANT TO READ THIS The day I received my order I was so exited to give this company a try. I purchased goodies for my customers all year long and I loved they were individually wrapped.

The moment I tasted the cookie it was dry and the best way to explain the texture it crumbled & it was dusty. I emailed within minutes of the delivery and with multiple defensive repetitive responses
“ send photos “ they clearly see all the other cookies were unopened this could have been a simple solve, replace the order Nope multiple emails to no avail.
$ 83.00 worth of cookies never again!

Realizing we weren’t getting a new batch of cookies or a refund we tried the chocolate chip it was pale in color and like it was never baked. Can you image ever a chocolate’s chip cookie terrible!
The rest of the unopened cookies in the trash!
Never again

Do not waste your money!

I just saw this buisness advertised on Facebook and decided to give them a try. I got the chocolate chip cookie. It seems a little undercooked and tastes like flour. There's a lot of chocolate chips in it. But I only taste flour.

I usually base my opinion of a cookie brand by it's chocolate chip cookie. I honestly didn't like the texture or the flavor. It has that stale kinda taste and I was wondering if it's because the cookies are sitting in a display exposed to the air!? Well otherwise I think the other flavors were ok. I tasted them before putting them in the oven to heat and soften.and they taste a little raw.

I ordered cookies to be shipped to me. Delivery was fast and service was excellent. The cookies are the best I have ever tasted! They are worth every penny!

5 stars across the board! I love Taylor Chip. I have visited the Lancaster location many times and always have such a great experience! Taylor Chip recently opened a location near my home in York PA and now I'm even closer to the best cookies in town! The environment is clean, chic, friendly, fun, and of course DELICIOUS. I've enjoyed my visits each and every time and can't get enough of those delicious fresh cookies, and the coffee too! Definitely recommend Taylor Chip.

You need a better system was there this am and 2 people were waited on before me. I won't be back

We were at the York location for the soft opening. I got a snickerdoodle cookie that was delicious. I also got an iced Americano, which is really, really good.

Having tried 6 varieties of their cookies, I have to say I am disappointed in each flavor, or lack thereof. The cookies are underbaked, overpriced and somehow ALL tasteless. The flavors are indiscernible and oddly meld into a bland, basic, floured sweetness with no depth or spice. Hard to explain, even harder to eat.

This is the name that you'll be shouting! The cookies are like the employees. A great array of the cookies that you have loved growing up, and they are never under baked nor are they overdone and terribly crunchy. The cookies are soft, warm and are the hug you need at the end of a long day, or are the joyful pick me up in the middle of the day. The cookies are the quality with the natural wholesome ingredients that your grandmother made her cookies with. And Taylor Chip Cookies are going to be something that you will serve at your family events, weddings and even your corporate office! So go ahead, go and tell all your friends. Taylor Chip Cookies are your new favorite!

Our only complaint is a personal preference. We thought the cookies were under baked for us. The middle were more gooey then just slightly softly under baked. Love they have several good options including Gluten Free options. Which can be hard to come across. If you do, doesn't mean they are good. Our daughter said the Gluten Free were good flavor & not gritty, just under baked.

These cookies are hands down the best! Not only are they the best but everyone that works at Taylor Chip is absolutely amazing. They remember you when you walk in, that might be a good or bad thing, take it whatever way you wish! If you are a cookie lover, be sure to check them out!

This is not a review of the retail location, only of the product, which I purchased at a festival. I bought a Brookie and an Oreo. The Brookie was pretty good; the soft chewiness was definitely expected for that type of cookie. When I ate the Oreo later, however, I was really unimpressed. I'm not saying these cookies are not safely baked, but they are so minimally baked that there's no Maillard reaction, and the interior flour and sugar are not getting properly cooked. I could taste raw flour, which didn't sit well with my stomach, and the undissolved sugar crunched in my teeth afterward. Overall the cookie lacked flavor because it simply wasn't baked through so that the flour could toast and the sugar caramelize. Glad I tried this brand, but I won't be patronizing again.

I sent my nephew gluten free Taylor chip cookies as a birthday gift. He said they were amazing! Customer service was awesome, too - they quickly and pleasantly corrected an ordering error I made and provided a refund. This was my first order with Taylor Chip, and won’t be my last!

Taylor Chip is amazing, especially the chocolate chip biscuit! Can't wait to see the York store!

Try these cookies for the first time yesterday…. One of the best cookies I ever had! My son could not get enough of the cinnamon bun cookie and I day later still as fresh as we bought them …will return every time we are in the area! Great job keep it up

Best cookies ever.have to get multiple cookies every time I go. Love that they always come up with new ones but my forever favorite is the Brookie (also loving the new Midnight snack).
