TaylorMade Solutions, Glenwillard PA

I used TaylorMade Solutions to replace my roof based on the recommendation of my solar installer, Palmetto Solar. The quote that I got from TaylorMade Solutions was several thousand dollars more than other roof replacement quotes that I'd gotten a few months earlier, but I went with them based on the recommendation and the lie that I'd be able to get 30% of the roof cost back as a tax credit since it was part of a solar installation project. In reality, roof replacement costs are not eligible for the solar installation federal tax credit - do not believe this lie.

On the day of installation (September 16,2022), not a single member of the crew spoke fluent English, and I needed to use Google translate to communicate with them. The crew broke the railing on my front porch, which I reported to TaylorMade Solutions in a voicemail that evening. After receiving a call back from Dan Taylor and being assured that he'd be out to inspect the railing the next week, I did not hear back from them until April of 2023, when they finally realized that I hadn't paid for the roof yet. Dan came out to inspect the railing and ultimately ended up buying a new railing set. The new set didn't have enough brackets for my setup, so he promised to order those and mail them to me. I still have not received them, 13 months after they broke my railing and 6 months after Dan promised to get them to me, so I have not been able to have my railing repaired. I have sent dozens of messages to ask for them over the last several months, and now no one even bothers to reply. I deeply regret paying him for the roof before the railing was actually repaired, but I naively trusted him at the time.

Additionally, some months after the installation, I noticed that the top row of shingles had not adhered and were free to lift up. That caused me to discover that TaylorMade Solutions had reused old flashing that was not lying flat on the roof. For the cost of this roof, I expected that they'd do the job right. I have been incredibly disappointed with this experience and would not recommend them.

I am extremely displeased with my experience with this company. I was lied to about the type of roofing material that would be used, there was not a foreman on site to discuss the issue with and no one has returned my calls/emails regarding a change order. I would NOT recommend this company.

I was pleased with all aspects of the roof project at my rental property. It was only 2 weeks from contract to completed job. It was a genuine pleasure to work with Dan & his crew. I was especially impressed by the fact that the crew cleaned up very thoroughly when the job was done. I will use TaylorMade Solutions for the roof I need on my house in the coming months.

Tony the salesman and his team did an amazing job. They were punctual and extremely clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The roof looks amazing and they let me know about anything they encountered after removing the shingles. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.

We can't say enough about this company. From the salesman, the installers, the owners and office staff. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. We had other estimates but Taylormade gave us a very reasonable quote right away and no hard pressure sales. They got the roof done very quickly. I thought we would have to wait weeks but there was no wait. We would highly recommend this company!

Let me say, Dan has made this company to be like no other roofing company. When you think of family owned, They treat you like family, they have a heart. I've had 14 estimates from roofers. From December 28th to February. It's not about the money to Dan and his crew. They have the customers goals in mind the whole time and help reach them. They are fast, professional, courteous, very thorough.they did 4 roofs on my property in 1 day, soffit, facia, gutters. Being misty to freezing temps. They work within the manufacturer rules and with customer on getting the job done. They are awesome. I cant stress this enough, choose them. Thank you Dan and Tony

Wonderful experience with TaylorMade solutions. They could not have been easier to work with! Fair prices and great service. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a new roof. We are thankful for our neighbor who recommended them to us.

The communication was amazing and they walked us through the whole process. The crew was hard working and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone!

10-9-2022 I wanted to leave a review even though I am not using their services! I am impressed that Tony Santucci spent time to help me understand what was in my best interest! He suggested that I take a look at doing a repair vs doing an entire roof. He sent a drone over the property to let me see what he was suggesting. He could have taken advantage and talked me into a new roof but he did the right thing! If I ever have a need to do actually use their services I will be sure to call Tony back- I love honesty, it goes far with me!
