For as busy as their location is, I was seen swiftly and was given the full attention I needed for my banking concerns. Very friendly and polite, I always leave with a smile.

Terrible customer service, I have business account with TD bank, would never come back for this branch.

Horrible customer service. How the hell are you on one of the most prominent corners of the city and have such bad customer service. Waited two minutes while employees chatted and I stood there ideally. Please train staff on appropriate customer service skills.

It is hard to find a meter to park. I had to parked and walked 15mins to get here. But trust me.the young lady from customer service name Crystal is super professional. She handled my matter in a minute. Thanks again.

Worst bank I have experienced in my life. Homeless people come here to sit in customer service waiting chairs with no mask and security personnel reading his cell phone. Bank has an iPad sign in queue but staff completely disregard the order of arrivals. A complete joke of a bank. To think I used TD for 15 years and 10 years prior to that in Canada and see how a business deteriorated like this, is sadness & madness.

Consistent 1/10 experiences every time I've had to come here lol. So glad i finally closed my accounts
