2The staff at this location is knowledgeable and helpful, and I had a great experience getting a document notarized a couple of months ago. However, I recently discovered that the notary is no longer available on-site. I would greatly appreciate it if the bank could arrange for another notary to be available at this location for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
Do NOT open an account at this bank. It is the worst bank I have ever done business with. We have had many issues with this bank and the location in Montgomeryville. We went to another location and it was helpful and kind however it did not resolve our problem. I am closing out this bank and going elsewhere due to rude and inconsiderate behavior. Our issues have not been resolved in over one year. I am sick of this. Taking my money out and going to a new bank.
