TD Bank reviews
14George A. M. Smith helped me out immensely with a dilemma I had making deposit into my business. After losing my wallet, I was getting all of my docs back in order. Never had a more seamless banking experience
It never fails, EVERYTIME I go to THIS bank there is only ONE TELLER; who just happens to be in slow motion. There service HERE IS TERRIBLE. You can't run in to just either make a deposit or withdraw your stuck for over 20 minutes waiting in line. Make sure put at least an hour on the meter, if not you will have a ticket.
This is the worst bank I’ve come here so many times everybody’s always slow one or two people working taking a long time I’ve been here for the past half hour have not been gotten any service here.
I've never had a negative experience at this location. Everyone we deal with is great. Dee and Vivian, just to name a few. All of my issue have always been resolved in a quick and efficient manner.
Horrible customer service. Not so convenient when I went to visit with customer service two days in a row on my lunch break where I sat waiting 40 mins both times and I didn't get to see someone to resolve my issue. Will never visit that location again.
Staff are slow, ill-informed, and simply don’t care enough to do their jobs well. If you want to bank with TD, steer clear of this one.
This is actually the worst bank I’ve ever been to. I’m regularly waiting 45mins and they also often make errors.
Really, really slow. The tellers are nice enough, but consistently overwhelmed by volume of customers. Management/corporate needs to have more tellers on the floor, and stop trying to save a few pennies by leaving the location chronically understaffed. On Fridays the situation is always ridiculous - because who would ever think that you might need more staff in a bank on a payday? !
I am not even a member, but every time I go in there for change I am treated with great customer service and speed. I was very surprised to see the negative reviews because I am switching to TD for this very reason.
Long wait! What they are able to do is make a phone call for you and wait! Just as same as you make the call by yourself. And no one pick up the phone!
I have never been in a bank that is so mismanaged. Always has at least 15 minute line and several people waiting for customer service. This branch either needs increase staffing or open a 2nd branch close by.
Update: Just went to TD Bank to get a new debit card after fraudulent transactions were on my old account. After a 45 minute wait just to see customer service it took them 30 minutes to provide me a new card. Americas LEAST convenient bank!
The US most inconvenient bank! Since I opened the account with them, I kept encounter different issues and problems (log in issues, unable to verify my identity, etc). And even when I want to close the account, they asked me to write a request, and has to be notarized. I will never deal with TD bank ever again!
Extremely incompetent, no one seems to know anything. I waited for one hour for customer service even though there was exactly one person ahead of me. Not that they seemed like they were doing much, that person was also waiting for the employee to ask every single person working there if they know how to answer their question. Same scenario repeated with me. Eventually my questions weren't answered of course!
The worst TD Bank branch I ever visited. Someone made a copy of my debit card at this location and stole $500.00 from my account.
