Appalling to know that due to a lack of communication between this branch and corporate.customers are forced to enter the building for customer service during a global-pandemic.because it “takes too long” via the 4 open drive through lanes.

Painful experience every single time. Always have to wait a minimum of 15-20 minutes, plus they only have 1 or 2 (max) clerks working at the same time. There is always a technicality which prevents me from completing certain money related services, and 75% of the time I am there I am walking out empty handed, frustrated. America’s most convenient bank, LMAO, their hours are terrible. Don’t do what I did, and try a different bank.

I have had problems with the delays on service when trying to do bank transactions. Time is money.ooh wait.it’s our time for their new person.or lack of employees.

Opened an account with them on Saturday - were not very professional then they made a mistake in amount I was depositing and are not being proactive in addressing. Teller that answers phone is rude and unsympathetic.

I have been a TD bank customer for 15 years and have always had a pleasant experience. We recently worked with Amos to apply for a mortgage refinance and he was knowledgeable and professional.

Just sat at in the drive through for 20 minutes just to cash a check. First time coming here as well as the last.

Staff is extremely rude. When I first opened my account I put money in the atm to deposit and was then notified by said atm that it took my money and my card since I hadn't set up a pin. I literally put the pin in and it allowed me to do everything I needed up until that point. The staff that "helped" me were extremely rude and pretty much treated me like a thief. I decided to give them another go. Since then I've tried to avoid going inside the bank since they've continued to be rude. Today I went to the drive-thru to deposit cash into my account as I needed it right away. Said drive-thru was open til 6. I got there at 5: 30 and no one came to the window where I sat for 15 minutes. I go inside to the atm and about 10 employees are standing around talking and laughing. Ok fine but you have a camera at the drive-thru window so if you see a customer go provide them with service. They also told me I had overdraft protection. Today I check my account to see I had overdrafts $1.10 when I had enough money to cover that in my account. They tried to charge me a $35 but I wasn't having that. I was told they wouldnt be able to refund me so I asked for a supervisor. Thankfully they reversed it. So far since July when I opened this account with them, I've had nothing but issues. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Staff is friendly enough, but there have been at least 4 occasions in the past month where I stopped by after hours to use the ATM and the ATM has been out of service. This is incredibly inconvenient and I have no idea why it's such a chronic problem here. If this keeps up I'm honestly considering switching banks to one with a working ATM.

Drive through is supposed to be open until 7 on Fridays. Why am I here at 6: 50 and it's closed? Is this a bank or a pizza shop? Pizza shops close early. Not banks.

They are so slow. This is the worst bank ever. At all times they only have one person working in customer service and he is excruciatingly slow. I seriously want to scream every time I’m here. Considering switching banks because of this location.

Not sure if it is certain branches or all TD's but the customer service always seems to take 30-40 minutes of my time at TD. I'm not sure why it should take so long. Customers have come and decided to leave since my time here was taking so long. The process here is slow and needs to be optimized. Would recommend value stream mapping to rid of this waste. There are time savings to gained. Please take this review constructively.

They never answer their phone and when they do your on hold or getting such an attitude. They Also are very unhelpful and rude when u walk in. SWITCHING BANKS. That place is a disgrace

Unpleasant experience. One man in particular was rude and had a horrible attitude. He interrogated customers upon leaving and questioned their actions in the bank regarding their cell phone use. Go to any other TD Bank.
