I was very disappointed in the quality of work done on the interior detail for the price, I will never go back.

They were very good at their job. And it didn't take them very long so I didn't have to wait that long but the job they did was good!

Terrible, I purchased the $35 package which included interior cleaning.
End result was less than satisfactory. Crumbs and loose dirt left in cup holders and under the seats. When I showed the guy at the reception he had the gall to say “maybe the cover for the cup holder was closed”.
The dashboard wasn’t even wiped with a wet cloth it still had dust on it.
I could do a better job of “interior cleaning” with a damp cloth and a vacuum in 5 minutes.

Literally in and out. Didn't even have time to enjoy the complementary coffee. Purchased the hand wash and wax. Check out the different packages. That is where the real savings are.

I brought in an Audi A4. Yes the was interior dirty but that’s why I brought it in. I took it out dirty and gunky. Terrible job.

I purchased the full detail for an f150. I called to make an appointment at 8am, and was told on the phone to be there at 8 if I wanted to be first in line that day. The day I went to drop the truck off, no one showed up till 8: 40. Overall the exterior detail was not bad, missed a few spots along the doors. The interior detail was not very detailed. The windshield is cloudy, all chrome pieces are cloudy. Seems like they used the same rag on everything. The floor looks great and the truck mats are like new. I thought the windshield would have been clean but there are parts that were completely missed. Console screen was also smudged all over the place. They did not clean the bed of the truck

Farily aweful experience. Drove 90 miles for this facility as they had an opening when everyone local was booked for weeks.

They had the car in the shop for 3 hours and I paid for the highest tier interior detail, only to have endless grime, crumbs, and dirt everywhere: cup holders, under the seats, on the dash. The carpets looked like they weren't touched (to this they said they can't be cleaned, but I rented a machine myself and the stains came right out).

They removed a bunch of items from the car and into a bag, but didn't tell me and forgot about it.had to go back.

The wheel lock key that was in a compartment which they removed other items from is not in the bag which became an issue when the truck was in for new tires.

Called the manager, little care or interest expressed. Refused to offer a refund. Not to mention the cost for the tire shop to remove the wheel locks now.

If you drive into State College for this place, keep on driving. Waste of time and money

I give you eight out of ten as a satisfaction score, but I give you 5 stars, Because your performance is much better than past and I'm sure it will be better in future, More attention to detail is needed

Went here to get a simple, quick exterior (outside) car clean.

My service was quick, simple, and not expensive. My car was also cleaned good enough for what I wanted.

It's a small, local business but they had a waiting area which you could also watch your car being cleaned if you're someone with trust issues.

I was looking to clean my rental car after driving for days in snow and rain. It was looking rather dodgy. When I searched for car service, I was pleased to see one right across the hotel where I was staying. I am used to drive-thru car washes un US but this was my first experience in a hand car wash facility.
The price is higher than what one would pay in an automated car wash but that is expected since there are people involved.
I went for the basic wash (no interior cleaning). At around $25, it is definitely not cheap. They do have membership options for those who do regular car wash.
The place looks very professional and the staff looks super efficient. I had to wait around 10 minutes before they took my car in, and another 15 minutes for the actual cleaning.

I have lived in State College for 23 years and until now have been a repeat customer. Brought my car in to have the upholstery cleaned as I do every year, which I confirmed via text. When I returned 1.5 hours later, they had cleaned the carpets instead. They subsequently shampooed the seats but refused to offer any discount whatsoever for the fact that I had to sit for an *additional* 1.5 hours (3 hours total) while they fixed their mistake. The manager was unaccommodating and rude.

While I was in the lobby, two other customers had issues that the manager made zero effort to remedy. One hadn't been told that there were three cars in front of him and had been waiting well over an hour before he asked for his money back, and the second requested a Penn State discount, which Team Blue hasn't offered for years, despite it being listed on the Penn State affiliate website (the manager refused to honor it).

I don't know what's happened to this place but it's gone to hell when it comes to customer service. I'll happily pay $30 more at my dealer for my annual upholstery cleaning, because I'll never support this place again. I hope the $65 they charged me was worth the loss of a lifelong customer, and the business of my family and friends. I used to even buy gift cards for Christmas gifts, but those days are over. Customer service here is dead.

I accompanied a friend to Team Blue Car Wash to review the services offered through a “membership”. When we arrived during business hours, there was nobody to be found. Unfortunately, we couldn’t wait for someone to show up so we moved on. I recommend to my friend he get his money back and go to redline. Taking my advice, he went back the following day to get his money back as an unsatisfied customer. THEY WOULD NOT HONOR HIS REQUEST. This is poor customer service. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Minus: took much longer than promised (7 hours with appointment).

Fairly put, the exterior quick wash plus hand wax is beyond my expectation. Wheels and tires cleanliness is top notch. And it’s very quick, less than 20mins and it’s done. However, the interior quick clean isn’t as good as ext does. The vacuum work on mat and seat is good enough tho. But some of the sunscreen stains are still on it. Can’t complain too much for a 9 bucks interior clean. I would definitely recommend a quick ext wash plus hand wax but I would not recommend the interior wash for 9 bucks based on my experience. U can save ur 9 bucks and vacuum urself just. Employees r very friendly and communicative. Resting area has plenty seats and cooled enough for hot summer.

I just purchased a new car and it white and they get dirty very easily so I signed up with there monthly service I can get my car washed 7 day s a week very happy

It was amazing, they took my van and cleaned it soooo well. It was easily worth what I paid and much much more! They are fast and just great. I won definitely recommend them to everyone.

22 bucks for a hand wash! Not bad at all. Not sure what wax packages they offer but will be checking into it next time!

We had our car detailed here and they did such a horrible job there were still residue and crumbs in obvious spots. They didn't vacuum under the seats or in the cargo area besides what was easily accessible. The outside still had dirt spots all over it. So we complained to the manager and was given a coupon for a free in and out cleaning plus wax. When we used the coupon some 6 months later that cleaning job was even worse. Don't ever take your vehicle there to be detailed my teenage son can clean the car better than this disgrace of a company!
