This is in response to Fred /Yolanda Waters since we can't respond as the business for some reason. As of Feb. 7,2023, we had a serious staffing issue where we were forced to reduce our hours. The hours were clearly posted on the door and they are also on our website. The person who was inside working was NOT able to tend to members which is precisely why the Lobby was closed. Again, everything was clearly marked and clearly posted on our website along with "we apologize for the inconvenience". Unfortunately, some circumstances are beyond one's control. We strive to keep everyone happy.
