I have been nothing but impressed with this company. The hiring process shows they are looking for quality care givers. I love that they offer refresher training in any area you need to feel comfortable with your clients. They pay in my opinion is great. The team is very friendly and attentive to the needs of both client and employee. I would recommend this company to any nurse!

If you or a loved one needs Home Health Care, look no further. I have a manager who I wasn’t to much thrilled by at first; I struggle w change. STOP ~ but how wrong I was. I’m happy with my Client Manager. She is exceptional, kind, compassionate, Client Manager. If you need a pt review, My Manager is really great who treats me like I’m her only client. If she says she is going to do something, she does it. SHOUT OUT TO Inea West! Inea works hard for you. My life is better having her in my corner. Lincoln Health Care in Montgomery County, PA ~ ask to be assigned to Inea West.

Pay is ok. They only care about coverage for cases not employees in the field. I've pleaded on multiple occasions for a new case. I feel I was forced to work in a highly stressful & at times hostile environment. Now I have no case and to add insult to injury I still haven't been paid for work I did over 3 weeks ago. I will no longer recommend this place for employment.

This company is one of the best out there. Everyone is friendly in the office. They are so professional and reassuring.

I gotta say, these folks know what they’re doing. The caretakers they employ are top notch, and the office team is always available to address concerns. Lincoln feels like home.

Hired me as a nurse at one rate, then when I went in they cut my rate by 2$ an hour. After a very lengthy hiring process and endless test, I attend orientation only to find out that the case I was supposed to take, they decided the week I was supposed to start that they were not going to make enough money and informed me they decided not to staff the case! Seriously? !? ! In all my years of nursing I have never encountered such terrible behavior towards a special needs child. All they care about is the $$$, BEWARE nurses!

Amazing company. Everything about this company is unique. I enjoyed every bit of the hiring process. It's like a new progressive way to do home care that benefits both the employee and the employer. Far from perfect but I think other home care companies need to learn alot of things from them because these guys are doing alot of things right.

This Place is a Waste of Time! I was Interviewed and in communication with Bryan Shoecraft for month and half, went all the way to Conshohoken from Center City to Take my Home health Aide Exam, as well as 2-Step PPD via Redi Clinic in City Line and was told that I would be contacted by the Care Coordinators with Cases, after calling him twice about it. 2weeks went by and I NEVER received a call back from them and everytime I call to follow up with Bryan and leave a voicemail about the Care Coordinators regarding cases. He never calls me back nor does the Coordinators or HR staff give him my Message! Its going to 2 months and No one has followed up with me about anything! Just Another Home Care Agency that plays Games with Serious People thats Ready to Work!

Lincoln healthcare is a great company that help me grow in my nursing career. I have been with them for a year now. Their customer service is on point amd they always make sure their patients and clients is well taken care off. Am happy and proud to be part of them. Patient care their priority

I work for Lincoln healthcare, I love working for them, they work with me to find a client with a schedule & location thats convenient for me.there is a case worker Mike who is a big help to me any time I have a issue he has it resolved as soon as he can. I wouldn't want to work for another company.
