As a contractor seeking reliable equipment rental services, I would strongly advise against engaging with Team Supply. Their equipment has consistently proven to be unreliable. On numerous occasions, equipment rented from them failed during use. Unfortunately, they fail to take responsibility for these occurrences, and instead blame the contractor.

In comparison, our experiences with Sunbelt Rentals have been far more satisfactory. They provide well-maintained machinery and, in the rare event of a problem, they will take back the equipment for repair without additional rental charges.

Furthermore, Team Supply has demonstrated disappointing customer service. My attempts to resolve these issues with management have been unsuccessful; not only did my request for a call go unattended for days, but a subsequent conversation with the owner was far from constructive. Despite assuring me he would return my call, he failed to do so.

Given the importance of reliable equipment to a contractor’s operation, broken machinery can cause significant disruptions. Therefore, I suggest seeking rental services elsewhere to ensure the smooth progress of your jobs.
