Tom was very dedicated with helping me recover files from a corrupted hard drive. Best Buy claimed it was too far gone, but he was able to get it done with no issues. Very accommodating to my needs, I highly recommend.

My 90-year-old mother loves her iMac. It’s her creative outlet and her window to the world. So when it failed, I needed to do something fast. She is physically unable to take it to the Apple Store and I couldn’t help her from CA.
