This was a kitchen faucet replacement due to the manufacturer recalling the original faucet due to quality issues. Even though there was a glitch in the supply chain, Ted was able to work around it and install a better faucet than the original.

Ted showed up at the appointed time and even called to let me know that he was on his way.
