I live at 316 South 8th Street apartment 2 and the downstairs neighbor gets to behave however she wants is 10: 34 at night right now and I can hear talking running and stomping but they try to justify it just because they got kids. Every time I try to call them I get a busy answer but when they try to call they get through to them. I have video evidence but they don't care about my video Evan is they only care about what everybody else has to say. I wouldn't recommend anybody rents from anybody a part of this
