Temple Physicians at Hunting Park - Adult Medicine

Second time bringing my grandparent to this establishment, it’s not crowded or busy and I’m still waiting after to hours for the appointment for just a check up. Dismissive, possibly over booked, lackadaisical at best

I use to take my kids here when they was in 5th and Bristol and it was a great place I’ve been now thinking of moving my grandkids here so I tried to call today just now to be exact and phone just rings so after 10 calls I call again 5 rings a girl picks up and puts me on hold and there I stayed for 10 mins so I hang up and call again 5 rings picks up and hung up
Yea I don’t tolerate disrespect and these people are unprofessional ir not suppose to keep people on hold more then a min or two without coming back on and saying so sorry for the hold we are so busy can I put u on hold or call u back
And hanging up on a patient is even more evil I could of been a doctor or etc ignorance is bliss
I’ll keep my grandkids at Esperanza health shame on me for even thinking of leaving for this trash

The check-in is horrible with the woman with the black and grey braids. She takes forever and acts as if she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Will legit have you standing at the window for 5 minutes without so much as a how are you. I hate to have to be the one sis but damn find something else to do that don’t require you to interact with the public. The wait time at this office is ridiculous, the customer service sucks except for the guy who does the pediatric side. He’s the only one that I hear speak to people friendly. A medical assistant called me and left a message to call back to give me my lab results, when I called a woman answered and said the person was probably at lunch, to call back and hung up. What should have happened was to take my information and have the MA call me back. Ugh it’s sickening I don’t care where your office is located or the demographic of people you serve the standard should be treating people with respect, empathy, and courtesy. I don’t need to come to this office it was out of convenience since another Temple practice closed without notice. I will be looking for another practice most likely not a Temple one.

My family and I been coming to this office for years. But it’s definitely time for a change. I find that the staff and the doctors are dismissive. I come in and don’t get treated property. The African American receptionist w/ the glasses is very rude, every time I come. And doctor carazo never takes your concerns seriously and says everything is okay. Am there for an annual check up and asked for blood to be done and she said they’re no necessary.

The staff is always lousy with an attitude, the only good thing is the doctor

My experience with this office has been horrible. I have been going to this doctor’s office for years and I am going to start to look for another place. The employees looked miserable and rude. They are unprofessional, when you call they leave you on hold forever, if your appointment is at 1: 00pm they don’t call you back until 3 to 4 hours later and then another hour in the room waiting to see the doctor. I took off from work and was waiting to be call for at least 3 hours it got to the point that I had to leave without been seen. I’m tired of the same situation every time. The employees lack enthusiasm and charisma. Don’t they know that if it wasn’t for the patients they would not have a job.

I'm so upset with this office. Me & my family have been going to there office since the middle 70's when they were located on 9th & luzerne st. Now I'm 50 but i left & My mom still is a faithful client. Yet when it comes to results or paper work she needs filled out like for her homecare, she was denied by the state, because it's been since December that they faxed her the medical assessment form to determine what kind of care she needs which is a lot. & They have yet to fill it out. TODAY I WILL BE GOING BACK TO THE OFFICE & THEY WILL BE FILLING OUT THAT FORM THEY GET PAID FOR MY MOTHERS CARE, & THEY MAKE HER GO AT LEAST 3 TIMES IN A MONTH. BIT CAN NEVER DO WHAT WE ASK OF THEM FOR MY MOTHERS CARE. DISGUSTED WITH THEM. & THE WAY THEY TREAT EVERY PATIENT THAT COMES THRU & WHAT YOU READ FROM THE OTHER CLIENTS IN THEIR REVIEWS ARE TRUE. I WILL TRANSFER HER TO ANOTHER FACILITY THAT ARE WILL CARE FOR MY MOTHERS CARE & HER NEEDS, NOT THEY POCKETS.
