2 Clean and modern equipment, but appointment was an hour late.
The staff were excellent and very helpful, though the appointment was an hour late (nuclear medicine).
The customer service is literally the worst! It took my boyfriend 2 days to even get someone to answer the phone. The woman was extremely rude because he did not understand medical terminology. A woman named Brittany finally made his appointment yesterday. We get here today and they’re saying they have no record of him. He’s been fasting for over 8+ hrs at this point! Terrible Hospital! All the md are students who don’t know their a** from their head. The staff are undertrained on customer service and feel entitled because they have a job but don’t want to do it. This is sad and someone is seriously going to die from this inadequate staffing, communication, and customer service. If your job is to assist people with making appointments THEN ASSIST OR FIND ANOTHER JOB. Have a blessed day.
