The waitress that served us was a doll! They got all of our orders right and I thought the prices were fair too. And their Chipotle sauce is to die for! Especially if you put it on your chicken or fries.

This place is awesome, I came here before COVID and had a blast. Live bands and huge wrap around bar, great place to grab a drink and have a good time!

The 4 star is SOLELY for management and service!
The food was trash.
1st off, it came out so quick it had to already be precooked (my opinion).
I sent back the chicken strips because they were old and hard.
I got the burger!
Was precooked and slightly warmed.
I thought It was the cold tomato but no it was the inner burger that was still cold with no flavor At All.
The only thing ok was the fries.
Because we HAD to order food I just pushed it to the side and watched the game!
My waitress WAS AMAZING!
When she saw I was not satisfied she got her manager.
He WAS AMAZING!
I chalked it up as a lost before he even came over.
Between paying $40 to park behind the building, waiting to least 20 mins too get in then the food, I wasn't going back.
The manager apologized, took both meals off my ticket and bought me a drink and nochos!
Best customer service Ever!
NOW the drinks.
Are watered down (in my opinion)
$16 for a margarita that taste like juice, then a long island that has 3 liquors in it taste like Juice flavored water.
I'm extremely happy I did not have to pay for that last drink!
$61 total was worth the customer service. That's it!

AND this Was Not a sports bar atmosphere!
This was a social club full of ppl happy to be out!
Myself and 1 staff member did more cheering than the whole place.
I screamed at a good play and scared the ppl next to me.
The eagles fans were louder than them.
I'm a die hard! I left with 9 mins to go so I could be around more enthusiasts fans.
All this combined brought my spirit down.
This is more of a after game place!

At least have your staff cheer at good places to get the crowd into it!

Wow I was shocked to see 73 dollar bill lol but food was good and it was clean and server was wearing a mask I'm not going to put u out there but I'm the guy that came in and my daughter like ur pom poms thanks for making me go buy some she been cheering alday great I thank yall as a whole ill be back in And Arnold Schwarzenegger voice

Even though they are pricey the food is wonderful the hospitality is great they make you feel like you're at home while you're there

I honestly say they have the BEST Chicken and Waffles in the City!
A must have when you stop in!

Its a beautiful establishment. I would go there to drink not eat. The female bartenders were very nice and friendly. They lost two stars because the food was awful. I ordered the chips and salsa to start. It was more like tomato paste and chips. No flavor no spices. Then I ordered the Louisiana spicy chicken sandwich. It came out with no sauce on it just plain fried chicken breast. The sauce on the side. I really should have taken a pic it was definitely over priced and not worth the money. I would never eat there again. Just go there for drinks.

Way to crowded: always! Drinks cost is decent the the music scene in Pittsburgh is extremely bad. There is never a good mix or theme to the music. Makes the visit not worth it, on top of limited space to enjoy yourself.

Service was great. Food was good. And bartenders were wonderful. 1st time there and I enjoyed it very much

I came here from Buffalo NY for Travis Denning. Wasn't sure what to expect.blown away! What an awesome venue! It's rare to go to concerts with seating.so fun! The food is typical bar fare, but we'll cooked and timely. The waitress is very attentive! Great place!

This place was a lot of fun, I enjoyed watching everyone ride the bull and the drinks and food we're good.

Apparently the management at this establishment think it’s 1939 and that kicking a gay couple out isn’t going to get any backlash. Unbelievable. Hope this goes national, you sick pieces of trash.

Way too many people. Staff was friendly and clearly trying, but there weren't enough of them to make up for the number of guests. Also, way too expensive for drinks. No cover charge though, which mostly made up for it. Overall, just don't go on a busy night.

Good time.often crowded, fair pricing, only negative not very diverse in crowd (or music; country only) but still fun.

I'll say in the beginning of this review that I'm no spring chicken any longer. So when my rating of 'It's OK' was given that means that it's just ok for me.

I prefer to be there in the afternoon/evening. At night it's way too crowded for me. It's a pretty drunk college aged crowd which can be fun but you have to go in ready for it. If you think you're going to roll in there at 11 p.m. And sit down and have a chat with your buddies it's just not going to happen. There is a mechanical bull. There's a lot of live music here too.

Not a huge fan of the north shore but i usually enjoy my time here. Can be pricey and crowded on game days, but what else would you expect?

Big place. Friendly staff. Was there Saturday night. Staff knew how to mix a variety of drinks. There were atleast 2 different rooms.

I would give a lower score, if possible. This location kicked someone out of their establishment for being gay and showing PDA toward their boyfriend. It’s 2019. Gays aren’t going anywhere. Homophobia has no place in the world, but especially not Pittsburgh.

I do not recommend.
