Don’t waste your money going to this place. They staff are rude as hell! They don’t acknowledge you and have zero customer service. They act like they are doing your a fav by doing your nails or any other service they provide. Plus the nail came out so chunky and horrible!
It was my first time here and will definitely be my last!

The one lady kept asking and insisting that I get Gel nail. This was my first time, I wanted to see if the work was good it not before spending the additional cost. Let's just say I won't be going back unless I get the male manicurist.other than that, my pedi came out nice. Not the most cleanest place for pedi. Won't be going back plus no extras like hot towels

This is deplorable and below average service. The owner Theresa is rude and act like she's doing her customers a favor. I feel bad for these clients in this area cos it appears that they aren't aware that there's wayyyyy better customer service options.

Lashes do not hold beyond the threshold of the front door. A waste of $20. However, the lady who attempted to apply them was very nice.

I've been here plenty of times but this time it was later in the afternoon and I feel as though everything was rushed. Two days after while on vacation the acrylic lifted.
So my suggestion is to go b4 5pm. Because everyone seems to be in a hurry to clear the nail salon.

This place is good i am pleased with getting my nails done.but the mangement and staff is not pleasant they have poor customer service skills. Whenever you enter this place they don't even acknowledge you* is like i am paying for the services here i just choose to come here because it's close to home

Two words, Money hungry. When I first started coming here a few years ago I could Come in and get my nails done and know that the price would stay consistent. Now, I am charged more for the same outcome. Much more. On my last visit the woman who did my brows looked right into my bag to see how much was in my purse before the nail tech charging me. This place isn't honest and what was supposed to be a great day at the nailey left me walking out feeling gipped.

They over priced me for a refill. They charged me 20 dollars and the growth of my nails wasn’t bad. The original price of it was $13 and up. For all that I could have just gotten a whole new set. Then they were talking about everyone once they felt the salon. Bad customer services. The people there are disrespectful

This place needs to be closed down, it's dirty and the attitudes of the technicians match the look ugh I will never go back.

My gel started peeling the next day could not go back because was leaving for vacay but 5 days later when I returned all of the gel was coming off I did not even get in the pool

The nail technicians do a great job and actually care about how your nails look when you leave them. They offer a lot of services and they are fast! They also have a huge selection of nail designs and gel colors.

Im only giving 2 stars for the eyebrows this is the only place I come to get them done. I’ve gotten my nails done here plenty of times and they do a horrible job. My acrylics broke off after 2 days and as far as pedicure goes they don’t like to use hot water

The worst my nails came out horrible the staff were friendly but not hard workers.this truly was a waste of money

DO not go here at all! Worst experience ever, the older Asian lady used the machine on my toe nails and grazed down to the meat that’s when i realized my toenail broke

During the process of wash them it was stinging because of that same soar.

Also while she was polishing, it was literally lumping up on my toes and she tried to act like she didn’t even see it smh

Along with that 2 days later the polish started to chip. Save your money don’t go here.

My Future Zawj took me to get my feet pedicure.
The ladies were asking me what color do I want. I told them I'm good just need my feet feeling better. Alhamdulillah my feet are feeling so good.

Never coming back here again. Very nonchalant in doing the nails. Nails had bubbles and streeks. Had to argue with them to put a top coat after putting a color coat. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service

The wait was a little long but i didn't mind, i like the way they did my nails and a big selection of colors and the woman who did my nails was very nice. Totally would go back again.

It's my very first time there. The worker's there was so nice there. It's a busy place there. Because it's was very crowd there. That's a hot spot there.

Loved the staff and the work I got done, but massage chairs were not working. Slight the purpose for going there

The worst place ever! Rude service, at times rough and painful, and the owner Teresa only works on you if you're getting PEDs manis and eyebrows done. Who tf does she think she is? I don't think anyone is a citizen and they all speak in their native tongue and don't change the towels or equipment. Had to curse someone out and walk out after watching her finish up someone's feet, and come right to me with the same nailery tools without so much as spraying them. Trifling
