Great fast food option. I go to the mall just to eat here. Cashier spoke English well. Meal cooked properly. Too light on the teriyaki sauce.
Chicken teriyaki taste like it was cooked in a burnt pan. Barely even tasted the teriyaki. So disappointing
My family likes this food court restaurant, however my grandson only eats the beef and chicken, no rice or veggies. They charge $12.65 for just meat, adding $1.99 for extra meat even though I say before I order, to the same guy every tine that we don’t want extra meat! Customer service means nothing to them. I will never spend another dime here. Osaka will be my go to place when the family wants teriyaki.
Honestly I was surprised as to how good this was for being a mall location. It's no restaurant food, but it's well prepared and SO filling! So quick too! Took about 3 minutes from paying to eating.
Amazing. My boyfriend and i come every week and get the beef and lamb teriyaki. 11/10
