3My 1st visit with Dr. Terr Rapp was just wonderful. She took her time to listened my concern and very caring person. I got all my questions answered clearly. I do recommend Dr. Terri Rapp.
Regardless of a referral from my family doc - I waited 15 months for my appointment.
And - I had to call for a status on May - Grant Scheduling every 120 days.to determine if staffers could grant me an appointment with Dr. Rapp. Kept offering appointments with one of her male associates.
Was (already) disappointed with her former male associate who did my gynecological surgery and retired.
And - the nurse told me that documents from family doc didn't look like a referral.
One would think that Dr. Rapp would reach out to my doctor and me (for clarification -if desired).
By the time of my appointment - I had.a decent amount of questions and had forgotten to ask one of them.
So - I phoned nurse during normal business hours and was told to leave a voicemail.
Much to my amazement - I received a return voicemail from nurse and she was waiting to hear back from Dr. Rapp.
It has been - 7 days and no response to my FOLLOW UP QUESTION from my visit.
Wonder.if part of this issue is due to May - Grant Associates and their transition to LGH (-Penn Medicine).
However - patients shouldn't be involved in the politics of it.
Dr Rapp was very professional and answered all my questions well. She was personable too, and made me feel comfortable during my appointment
