Test Now and Go, Malvern PA

After payment and signing up for a reservation, I drove to the facility and found cars backed up out of the parking lot onto public streets. I got in line and waited to see how fast the line moves. Sadly, with many cars in front of me my wait would have been over 1 1/2 hours. That's tough when you're sitting sick in a car.

I've requested a refund and will schedule at a local pharmacy that wants to meet its commitment and will also take my insurance.

SCAM. I paid to have an At-Home test mailed out to me. I was promised 2-day fedex shipping from the day I ordered. My test never came. I have called 5 times in the last week and keep getting blown off. It's very obvious the test is not coming, but they sure took my money quick enough. These people are taking advantage of a public health crisis and it's despicable. I would give negative stars if I could.

I have nothing bad to say about this location. The wait time was less than 10 minutes, the staff was extremely friendly and thorough. We got the test results within an hour.

Went here with two other people for a post-Christmas/New Year's Covid test since Omicron is soaring just about everywhere. Registered online two days before my test day and then showed up at their Malvern location and after a short wait in my car, employee walked up to me, swabbed me and i left. Had results in less than 24 hours in my email. Negative, Thank God.

Can't complain about it really. I suppose they could have moved the lines a tad faster which would have required more workers, but other than that a pretty standard operation. Most of the world, including myself have been tested over and over by this point in the pandemic, so it's no biggy. Just follow directions and you'll be fine.

Have to a give an A+ to the woman "Cheryl" whom i spoke with on the phone, she was overly helpful with making sure i got my email and answered the few questions I had.

Don’t come here if you want your results on time. Their website is misleading about getting your results on time within 24 hours. Still awaiting my results and approaching the 72hour window. I need to travel in an emergency and need these results. Now I’m out 100$ and with no results.

I am not one to leave negative reviews but this testing site is horribly run. I sat in a long line of traffic well past my appointment time and then watched as the nurses scurried around trying to figure out where certain cars were to return licenses with no idea who was where. I’m sure appointments were overbooked making the nurses unable to manage all the car coming through. My appointment was at 11: 30. I got in line at 11: 20 and left the testing site at 1: 10.

The Test Now and Go website advertises 2-day shipping with orders of their at-home test kits. What they don’t tell you is that they take at least 2 business days minimum to process your order, so it will be about 1 week before you get your kit. The website offers no information about processing times and all orders are final and non-refundable, even if Test Now and Go takes so long to process and ship that you’ve already had to go and pay for a more expensive in-person test elsewhere. If you need a rapid result in order to test for exposure and reduce the risk of those around you, I do not recommend purchasing from Test Now and Go.

I found this through a Facebook Ad which made me a little skeptical, but it was clearly marked, fast, and the staff was kind and professional. Results were emailed in the timeframe they quoted. This was the ONLY place I could get a rapid test same-day, and significantly better than any testing experience I've had at any of the local chain pharmacies.
