Texas Roadhouse, State College PA

Great belated mothers day with my wife daughter and husband and my two adorable grandchildren. Also I had the best tasting and prepared steak I've ever had at this restaurant and better than any I've had from outback.

Food was outstanding, service was poor, wouldn't serve me alcohol because my id was passed due, no scan or nothing and im 25.

After Graduation Ceremony, We visited this location and used call ahead seating because it was also Mothers Day.the place was packed and while we waited for a table (which wasn't that long) I watched the Kitchen staff flying around in harmony and perfectly executing dinner service for which seemed liked the whole State. Dinner, Service and Staff was spot on!

Poor/slow service. Water was spilled on the floor and I had to tell 2 waiters and all they did was put a wet floor sign down, didn't mop it up.

I loved the road house friendly waitress fast service delicious food. I definitely will go back over an over again

Didn't get our appetizer we ordered, steak was over cooked and the food was mediocre. I've definitely had delicious great food from Texas Roadhouse but it seems everywhere is struggling to find good help.

Visit Texas Roadhouse State College a couple times a month. Absolutely love the food, especially the Fried Pickles and the Country Fried Chicken. Those 2 are my go-to's, never been disappointed with those. Each server that we've had always goes above and beyond, and always wears their mask correctly, along with all the other noticeable staff members. It's nice to see that they're using Ecolab Products on the Tables & Menus! Keep up the good work during these tough times!

The 16oz and 6oz sirlion we ordered was cooked to perfection and the employees were very polite!

The place was clean, fast, and friendly. The young man who seated us was friendly and courteous.

The bartender, Greg was our waiter. He was phenomenal! We are from out of state, and he took the time to visit with us and make us feel welcome! He even listened to my husband's stories.

My husband had the Tuesday rib special 4 ribs for $3.50. They had a good flavor. I had a house salad and shrimp special, $1.00 for 3 grilled shrimp. Yummmm!

Fantastic baked potatoes. Steak was very well cooked. Staff was great. Not a huge selection of wine but options available paired well with the meat selections.

Not going to lie, I'm usually a big fan of Texas Roadhouse. I get carry out food from them all the time, but last night was a little ridiculous. I purchased a 110z sirloin steak cooked medium and I received a RARE steak! Was extremely disappointed because my whole meal went to waste. I understand that mistakes happen but I feel like this deserves a refund!

Food was good. Good service. Got steak and loaded sweet potato. Couple margs they had a special that night 3.00 10oz

Great steak. Staff friendly, but. I had a friend from oversees visiting. He was still eating and we got already the check. I asked the server about it. She looked at me if I am from another planet. What is the matter with you? The restaurant was not packed. Consequence: No visit of Texas Roadhouse with guests.

Friendly service, food was prepared correctly and tasted good, good portion sizes. This was even on a holiday. Expect to wait on busy days.

Atmosphere was rather "honkey-tonk". Country music playing. Free peanuts.

Service was horrible and food was over cooked. Very disappointed in Texas road house! Asked to speak to manager but never came

Always delicious and well priced the female servers are gorgeous and all so friendly I will always come back

The best steak house I've ever had the pleasure of eating at. I got the Texas combo ribeye and ribs because I couldn't decide Wich one to try, was not disappointed at all our waitress Melissa was outstanding. Will be coming back here and I recommend anybody and everybody to try this place

Good food.edited to add the newest experience there. Not sure what was going on but my husband ordered a medium well steak to end up with one rare. Sent it back and waited (who wants to eat just the potato and veggie they left behind? It was getting cold) brought it back and it was still very red. Maybe a bit better but for as long as it was gone it was not cooked properly. He didn't want to send it back again so he ate the pieces that weren't terrible. Very disappointing! The waitress was very nice and felt bad but honestly they shouldn't have had it on the bill. Part of customer service is fixing things and Texas Roadhouse dropped the ball badly last night. Not sure if we will go back there again

Great service! Food was really good and made it out quick even with having such a large party would definitely go back!

Delicious food, lots of choices. Awesome dinner rolls served warm with cinnamon honey butter Atmosphere is Southwest theme with industrial feel. Bar service with plenty of beverage choices. Service is top notch.
