Food was good and Smokey. For online orders, if you have allergies, make sure to leave a note in the order and call in after placing order to confirm allergies are taken into account. I know Texas Roadhouse the corporation takes allergies very seriously and it’s just a process matter that needs to be worked out at this location for online orders. Friday’s are busy for this branch and there is a long wait time for incoming calls. When I went in to pickup my order, there did seem to be staff available to take calls rather than talk among each other, might just be a matter of management and allocation of labor resources. Finally, I have to say, the gentleman that handles pickup orders this evening was good and ensured the food was refired to take into account my allergies. Overall the steak was delicious and I enjoyed it.

Not big on Corporate Chain restaurants, but this was a great experience. Food was good and service was great!

Really went downhill. Haven't been there for a while-was excited to go.messed up our orders-potato skins with chili were not hot. Chilli was just stopped on top. Asked for no egg on salad-came back with more egg on it. Service was ok

We had a party of 4 and called ahead. When we arrived we let them know we were there then settled in for a long wait since there was a small crowd outside waiting. No lie, it must have been one minute when we were notified our table was ready. We all ordered steak and they were cooked perfect. One of the best steaks I had in a very long time. Also the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend you try them, but call ahead because they are always crowded regardless of the day.

The food is always good and the drinks, the workers are awesome and the place is clean for it to be so busy almost every night.

The food is good and flavorful. The location is convenient which makes it a popular location. With that being said, wait times can be lengthy due to it's popularity, and the fact that they open kind of late compared to some other restaurants. On the flip side, the food is definitely worth the wait.

The waiter we had she was great and really made the experience. The food was alright was warm/room temperature for most of the table. The steaks weren't cooked to the right way we wanted but we just ate it any ways.

So I go into my app to go on wait-list. It said more than 6 in party to call. So I did was trying to go on wait-list for our party of 16 at 6: 00pm. Called at noon was told to call back at 4: 00pm to my surprise couldn't accommodate our party until 8: 00pm This party was a get together for my great nephews birthday. So thank you Texas roadhouse for ruining my autistic nephew bday. He had his heart set on Texas roadhouse. I get were in a pandemic but had you put our party on the wait-list at noon when I called there wouldn't have been a mix up and no 8: 00 pm dinner. Why have a wait-list when y'all don't follow protocol anyway? Well KUDOS to TGIF for accommodating our huge party Thank you and to our waitress she was wonderful thanks again TGIF.

Called ahead 45 minutes. Checked in and was told it would be 45 more minutes. What is the point of calling ahead? Got the text for seating after we got our food at olive garden 60 minutes later. Will not be going there for a while.

Servers name was Kenny, he was awesome. Attentive to my needs, but not an annoyance. Food came out in a decent amount of time. Steak was cooked as ordered and all of it was hot.

A medium-sized chain restaurant that is very well managed, with an excellent selection of well-prepared food.

It was Labor Day and options were limited for us. We had driven by Roadhouse many times heading north on 33. We were told there was a 20 to 30 minute wait. We were paged at 20 minutes. There is a call ahead option in their website which could cut that time. Don’t bother calling the call ahead number. There is a bar with about 15 seats that’s first come first severed, no reservations.

The food options were plentiful and varied. Being a steak house, they had a nice selection of steak cuts available. Ironically, neither of us had a steak. My herb crusted chicken, which was seasoned great and juicy, the baked potato and salad, both were good. The presentation was utilitarian.

Service was great. The place was mobbed and, according to our server Johnny, unexpectedly so. He checked in regularly with us, made sure the water was full and seemed to have a great command of all his tables. And he still took time to stop and make small talk. Ask for Johnny if you drop in. I’m sure your experience will be great.

Good varied chain food. Service GREAT! Efficiency perfect.

Pretty standard Texas road house (although it is not in Texas so I feel that “Texas style roadhouse” would have been a much more appropriate name, that’s just my opinion tho). The night we went every single person in the restaurant was celebrating their birthday bar none. At each table they did the birthday song and clap routine, at most tables there were at least four people so obviously this got lengthy. Must have been some kind of convention for people with the same birthday who knows. Then they got to our table and we didn’t have any birthdays and the server asked us if we were celebrating, obviously we said no and the restaurant got dead silent. Then all the servers, kitchen staff, and all the other patrons got up and surrounded our table. They tried to gas light us by telling us that it was our birthday, but we wouldn’t budge. Then they picked off the weakest among us (rip to the real one Jared) and did a sacrifice to the “birthday gods” (sacrifice was kind of unorthodox so I won’t describe it but it was honestly a cool experience) and in the instant of the sacrifice all of our memories collectively changed, we saw the past rewritten as our minds molded into the idea that our birthdays were October first. It was as if October first had always been our birthday. In that moment we saw the error of our ways, our birthdays weren’t on any of the incorrect days we had chanced to believe they had been, we were oh so very wrong… we had been ungrateful and foolish in the face of the birthday gods, I for one am ashamed I ever behaved in such a manner. Very grateful that the crowd showed us the truth. Then the staff did the birthday song and clap for each newly christened member of our table as my mother in law softly cried (Brenda you are not special we all went through the same thing, she always acts like she is the most important person ever, honestly chill only reason anyone hangs with you is because they have to). They didn’t let us leave for a few hours and we had to do a little dance to appease the gods but it was all right in the end. Nice staff.
