Texas Roadhouse reviews
19Kid walking me to the table didn’t say a word to me. Didn’t ask if I wanted to pick out a steak. I had to stop him tell. Dropped the rolls and silverware on the table and walked away. Just got my steak from a server. Didn’t say a word. Another drop and run away. Cut into to steak. Not cooked the way I wanted it. Sitting looking at my empty glass waiting for my steak to come back. Just moved to the area. May go back to the old TRH from now on.
We go here often. The service is great, the food is delicious and the drinks are not watered down. They offer a good selection of food for the kids menu with a large amount of food at a very reasonable price. The lettuce is nice and fresh for the salads. I always leave here full and happy. The manager walks around and thanks you for coming. He makes sure you enjoyed your time at the restaurant. The staff makes you feel appreciated. A real warm feeling. Hope you enjoy your visit here as much as I do.
We enjoyed our dinner and the food was good. Initially, we were a party of 6 that was sat at a table for 4.
We really appreciate the manager who walks around & asks how your doing & if you need anything. He's genuine & cares. The staff are always so happy.
Great night out. Went on a busy Friday night and the service was good and the food was hot
So many times you can have a great experience at dinner and say “that was nice” but forget to leave a review. Texas Roadhouse Glen Mills is worth remembering! We have been here multiple times on separate occasions as we traveled. Each meal was prepared above and beyond to our specifications for multiple food allergies and dietary restrictions. If the server or manager didn’t know the answer to a request or concern they checked and both followed through with detailed explanation to the back of the house on preparation and to us upon delivery to the table or takeout window. We are SO impressed at the level of care and understanding! We will come here every time we have the option! It is nearly impossible for us to eat at restaurants given our limiting food allergens, so we are so appreciative of this place to get a meal away from home. Multiple servers have taken care of us with just the right level of attentiveness to spoil you but give you space at the same time. Our drinks stayed full and their genuine kindness was appreciated. We’ve been to many Texas Roadhouse restaurants but this one is exceptional. After having met and talked with several managers over our visits who made sure all our meals were to a high standard, even late in the evening when most people would be tired and ready to end their shift, we can highly recommend this as a great place to eat, watch a game with friends, or relax and reconnect with family. We are so grateful for a dining option that goes above and beyond even with special requests at an affordable price.
First time to a Texas roadhouse and it was terrible. Our waitress communication sucked. She didn't tell us about no croutons for the salads, until after we got them. She didn't bring us bread, a manager that happens to walk by notice that we didn't have any and he went to go get some for us. When the waitress brought our food, broccoli was half cooked. She didn't ask us if we wanted more bread or anything. Pork chops and chicken was dry. Thank you A1 for the flavor.
Brought my boyfriend and his mom here tonight for his birthday. First time here and we were impressed. Great service, great food, large portions and reasonably priced. The owner/ manager was also impressive going to all the tables talking to all the guests and making sure all was good. We will be back. Thank you
After hearing the hype, I had to find out what it was like for myself. Everyone raves about the rolls. They are above average but I didn’t have a religious experience. We were given a skimpy amount of cinnamon butter. My son ordered the larger ribeye and I had the smallest cut. Definitely not a good idea to get the smaller one. The serving was thin and flappy.
The wait staff is kind and attentive. Despite a full parking lot, we were seated immediately.
Would I go back? Probably not. I don’t think I’m their target demographic.
Overall, a basic experience.
Ordered to pick up. Order was missing items, steak not good, chicken salty not good, mashed potato was not mashed potato but a potato stuffed in the container. Ordered Ribs and they where dried. Almost felt like pick up orders don't get the same love like sitting at the restaurant.
Waitress was awesome and always checking in
Bread and cinnamon butter was warm and delicious. Ribs were really good chicken was off and dry steak and burger in order was also good sweet potato was really good
Overrated. The wait is long and the food is not worth the wait. They lie to you about the length of the wait. No one is wearing a mask despite being in the middle of a covid surge. Only people who have never had a good steak might think the steak here is good. In fact, it's mediocre. The kids menu mac & cheese is literally kraft from the box, or more likely, some generic equivalent. There are better options.
I've been to a lot of Texas Roadhouses in my life and never had a bad meal and drinks until today. The margaritas tasted like the sour mix that went bad, and the cut of prime rib was about 65% fat. Also this is the only Texas Roadhouse that I've seen to not fly the Texas state flag and play country music. It felt like I was eating at a Pennsylvania Roadhouse.
Food was about 3.5 out if 5, the cooks must listen everybody does NOT eat pork and it doesn't hurt if they just make real Mac and Cheese instead of Kraft box watered down versions, the place is a good crowed folks comes out to eat there you better off going online making tour reservation b4 you get there that definitely worked out. I will go there again
Everything was perfection. I had the ribeye and loaded mashed potatoes. Sat at the bar, and the handsome bartender was great company. I'm visiting the area from out of state and he gave great suggestions.
Service and food was great steak was cooked perfect and staff was so friendly made sure you had everything was hot and fresh
I ordered take out. I haven't had food this good in a long time. The hostess on duty was on her game also.
Great service! I met the owner when he came to my table and checked on me. He knows the value of customer service.
I live nearby and order takeout from this restaurant frequently. They always get my order right, it’s always ready quickly and they never mind giving us some extra bread and their delicious cinnamon butter. My favorite dish is the smothered chicken, but I honestly have never ordered anything that I was unhappy with. Their prices are always more than reasonable and you get more than your money’s worth.
