Texas Roadhouse reviews
15Was disappointed. Steaks were not even close to being cooked correctly. Onion appetizer was smaller than usual. Definitely had better here before.
Went to dinner with my friend last night, was not impressed at all by this establishment. Our server was not all there, and she was not attentive. Our appetizer came out, and was not thoroughly cooked all the way. It was mushy, and cold. Then we got our salads, and the chicken on top was ice cold. But where was the server? No where to be found. No Manager to be found. Oh wait here she is screaming around at the people in the kitchen when the whole place can hear her. Not a good experience and will not be back. Waitstaff and management should be embarrassed and ashamed of such service.
We like this place, we sit at bar, beers are ice cold, all the bartenders are nice, they are always going around asking if your ready for another drink (likes it's supposed to be) food not bad. This is one of the very few places in Westmoreland County that you get good service at and the bartenders are never on there cell phones unlike the other bars in Westmoreland County.
I like the separate standing spots where you wait for your table, rather than in a crowded line. We were seated promptly and staff was friendly, even though they were very busy. Quite a noisy place with the music and all the people, but the food was very good and portions were generous. Menu plentiful with selections and savory side dishes, as well as flavored teas. The rolls are delicious. Even though I prefer a more quiet atmosphere and lighter fare, I wasn't disappointed.
The people that work here are amazing! They go above and beyond for their patrons. Absolutely will visit again. We brought my daughter out for her 10th birthday and of all things to happen the power went out. (A transformer blew down the street.) Not only did they still take care of us, the ENTIRE staff came out to sing her happy birthday after almost all of the other guests left. I have never seen anything like it. It was amazing! Thank you for making this one birthday she will never forget!
I would normally give a better review but this time Texas Roadhouse dropped the ball. When you spend $100 and wait 45 minutes for a cold steak and ribs that were not done its not acceptable.
Food was excellent and came out in a timely manner. Our server Rock was over the top! Super nice and great service! He made sure our steak was the way we wanted before he left thetable, never had to wait for a refill,
Long wait for a table but we got immediate seating at the bar, great friendly service, and delicious meals. Nicer atmosphere than I expected!
You really need to add a cash option for payments because waiting for anybody to answer the phone there is absolutely ridiculous! I called at quarter to 3 and am still on hold at 314. This is crazy!
First visit. Went on line and joined the wait-list to reserve a seat. Check in when you get there and then they will text you when your table is ready. So good. Cactus Blossom which is a golden fried onion is what we have for an appetizer. So good. The Cajun ranch sauce that came with it was okay but I prefer the ranch. I ordered the ribs, house salad and sweet potato and my friend had the six ounce sirloin. Rock was our server who was friendly and very attentive. Great service and food. Now I know why there was a 50-minute wait on a Friday night.
Definitely the Best Texas Roadhouse location we've ever been to! The Food was Fantastic and the Service was Excellent and our waitress was one of the best we've had anywhere and she said she's been there for 9 years and it definitely Showed! If you're ever in the Greensburg Area and you're hungry check out this Texas Roadhouse, you won't be disappointed!
Food was Excellent our waitress was very kind and polite and attentive and even the manager came to make sure we were enjoying ourselves I highly recommend eating here
Seated quickly but called ahead.
Service was ok. Forgot some of our sides and brought them out after a little wait too find her but it was getting late so could have been the reason. Food was good.
This restaurant is always packed. We go to the Greensburg, PA location all the time and it is always really good food. Our waiter last time gave spectacular service. The manager stopped by to see how we were as well! It was my son's 4th birthday and they came and sang to him and gave him a small brownie cake with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. They give you sweet rolls with their delicious whipped butter, soup, salad, half rack of ribs, loaded sweet potato, and a sidekick of shrimp.
