Texas Roadhouse reviews
32I’m usually huge fan of texas roadhouse, but this time the experience was subpar. We waited an hour to get food and when we got it the steak was over cooked and the portion size for the kids meal was extremely small.
Last night was the worst dine out experience my family has ever had. Our server was rude and dismissive she would walk away mid sentence while we were speaking. The manager was even worse. The bathroom was filthy. I guess they no longer have to practice the 6 feet apart thing since the place was full. It took 20 minutes to get our sodas.then another 20 to get our appetizer. Then I walked out. Then my kid. Leaving my husband to deal with it he was going to have them pack the meals to go but walked out too.
I love texas Roadhouse! Our first was so good this day, my only complaint was the wait time. We waited 40 minutes to be sat and then we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food.
Great overall experience. Wait times are needlessly long (1.5-2 hours), but good food and good service. Oh, the country music is blasting through the speakers so you have to shout to hear one another; and the server has to wear a mask, so you can't really hear what they're saying to you. Turn down the music and lessen the wait times, and I would give five stars.
It was very crowded this evening! But our waitress handled it very well and the food was still ON POINT! And of course, the margaritas, are always delish! This is one of my most absolute favorite restaurants ever! Im there at least one a month, if not more! I always cant wait to go back!
Great service, hot food, great atmosphere! No catfish on the east coast I discovered. Had the salmon instead, pretty good!
Love the service of Kristen! She was so nice, helpful and we loved it! It was our first time at Texas roundhouse. If you going to this location you should ask for her.
Being a Local we love this place. The staff there is wonderful and the food is excellent. My daughter and I absolutely love their Ribs, however their steaks are also excellent and cooked just the way we love them! Then there are the fries! Seasoned to perfection!
We often make use of their website to order online and have never had an issue with the order being ready at the time specified for pickup and more importantly our orders have always been completely correct!
I give the food a 4.5 but for me the environment was a zero. I do not like country music, I probably wouldn't go again.
I was disappointed greatly with this place. I had asked for my 8oz. Sirloin to be cooked medium well. When it arrived at the table it was WELL DONE and TOUGH.
It seems like a good place to eat dinner, they have fresh bread/rolls daily, most of the meat is cut in house on a regular basis.
I have never had a bad experience with their food. Always great food, so I don't sweat the small stuff.
Kept hearing how great the Vineland, NJ location was so we visited a PA location on vacation! Great atmosphere, great food!
I had an excellent experience at this location on Veteran's Day. The staff was very generous and the food was amazing.
Our pickle appetizer and road kill dish was over salted to a point where you cannot eat it. We told the sever and the dish were removed and ordered another dish. We had most of the steak cuts. The best tasting was the rib eye or prime. The sweet potatoes were good.
The food was really good. The service was nice. But it was really crowded, and there is not much room to move around.
Steak was not cooked the way I ask. Had to send it back. And when it came back to me it was still not rite. The waitress was more then sorry. I told her it's not her fault it's the cooks that is at fault.
Food was yummy and our waitress was fabulous! She was on top of all our needs and even though she had quite a few tables she made us feel like we were her only table.
A GREAT casual-dining experience. The atmosphere is friendly & vibrant. They always strive to make you the best steak possible. I'm in to chicken, & that has always been delicious. Texas Roadhouse is a very kid-friendly place to dine. Go on your birthday, & get a song & a free dessert!
Pretty good as this chain goes. Service was fast and efficient even on a busy Sunday night at dinner time. Very crowded and loud but it was to be expected. The food was good and the portions plentiful.
