The chain has lost its luster.sad food.inflated prices and teenagers for servers that forget what you request multiple times during one meal

Horrible first they charged someone else's food to my card and said it won't come off for 3 day. They gave me the wrong food. I did wait around because the demeanor of the manager wasn't pleasing and seemed annoyed. I got no refund for my inconvenience just a 20$ gift card. And the charges haven't come off yet

We didn't have reservations and we're seated right away. Food was pretty good, large quantity of appetizers and main courses. Waiter was extremely pleasant. Restrooms we're pleasantly clean. Will absolutely go back to eat at this restaurant!

EVERY TIME I give this place another chance thinking it might be different EVERY TIME I'm reminded why I stop eating here. Appetizers are the only thing they can get right. Today's meal I swear was easily THE WORST meal I've had in 2021. BY FAR. No more chances. A 3.8 rating is being very generous. Go to Applebee's or chili's

I would recommend the cotton candy martini it goes down smooth but I will say they need to put a little bit more alcohol in it the food was delicious and mozzarella sticks were served perfectly my only issue with this they did not have garlic powder

We order drinks with our food.instead of calling us about not having the soda we order … They just cross out our soda on receipt and didn’t replace the sodas … The brownie obsession I order.was ice cold … we will be never ordering from the restaurant again ….

Placed an Uber eats order tonight to be delivered to the Hampton inn that we were staying at overnight. Ordered a combo with whiskey glazed boneless bites and a cheeseburger without lettuce and tomato. Received the order and I received hot wings and the burger had lettuce and tomato on it. I called to speak to the manager and the girl that answered the phone pretty much refused to put her on the phone. She Just kept saying she was on the floor busy. I asked to speak with her numerous times. I did give her my telephone number and asked for a return call which that never happened.

The uber eats driver was amazing this has nothing to do with him or his service.

I will never eat at this place again and do not recommend

Manager and staff rude and unprofessional never had issues with this location in the 15 years I've lived in this area.

We ordered two cheeseburgers medium well. About halfway eating the burgers noticed they were done medium raw. We asked the waiter if they could cook them a little more. He said that he would have them cook two fresh cheeseburgers for us was apologetic for the mishap. All was good with the cheeseburgers the second time around! Thank you Joey the waiter your service was outstanding.

So many flies and wings were hard felt like they were reheated. Drinks were strong. That's why it got the 1 star.

Pretty meh. One of our plates didn't get served for 45 minutes after everyone else's. We were hungry and this was the only place open. Even still, it was okay.

Lack of waitress, the single waiter hndle everything well. Food was good, environment was dead.

Good food and atmosphere under staffed like all restaurants but the wait staff worked hard to keep everyone happy

Our family group of 6 dined here on Monday, 8/16. One of the kids has a dairy allergy and there was nothing on the menu he could/would eat. Fortunately, we had brought our own food for him. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't "allowed" to use their microwave to heat it up. I'm sure it's a health and safety issue but dang.

If you look anything under 25 don’t go. Went with some friends when they weren’t busy at all and everyone around me (older families) got helped multiple times except us. We got 1 round of drinks to survive off of. Waited 30 minutes for our food (which was cold when it came out) then waited 25-30 minutes for the check, WITH NO DRINK. Tired of waiters not helping younger people because they think we won’t tip them the same. My food was trash and the service was trash too‍️

Was very busy and not enough waiters working to accomodate, had to ask for silverware, had to ask for napkins, after over an hour wait a member of the kitchen brought us our meals that were probably sitting there steak was lukewarm, both our mashed potatoes solid and dry, not creamy or tasty at all. I did not even want to pay for it but I did it's not the waiters fault management needs to step up and see what they are putting out.
