TGI Fridays, Philadelphia PA

Absolutely ridiculous.ordered food, never came.called the store over TEN TIMES over the course of half an hour.was hung up on multiple times (by the CALL CENTER) and when i finally got someone, found out that i reached the call center because the actual restaurant wasn’t answering their phone at all.the associate told me that this location was “busier than usual” and understaffed.this sounds like a company problem, not particularly this location? HIRE MORE PEOPLE, and treat the ones you have right.asked for a refund and was told i would get a response in 5-7 days.never again.

Haven't been in a while, but the barmaid was very professional and I was impressed how she handled the whole bar area by herself

Yo I have not been here to city line location in years but when I tell you the food was nasty, oh baby. The buffalo wings was dry, we got salmon different styles it was a small small size that looked like it came right out a freezer package on to my plate with mango diced on it the rice was hard and dry and the broccoli rubber chewy. Lemonade strawberry tasted like flavored water. Yooo it was not clean looking at all and had smell. Will not return at all it was a waste of money for real.

Food was good but we asked the manager about the military free meal because we were from out of town and he said he couldn't do it because corporate wouldn't allow it because we got there after 9pm.

The wait time for everything was long we was seated for over an hour and didn’t receive our entree. When we received them it was cold. They have bad customer service and need to pick up the speed!

Was invited here by a friend who said it was way better than before with a new upgrade, first let me say back in the day (A. I days) and some years afterwards this place was everything, somewhere you come to eat, have fun and enjoy yourself, like a club! Yes it has upgraded with a bunch of TVs. That’s the only good thing. Service was bad! I sat at the bar and the bartender came over one time! I ordered my food and 30min later while I’m still sitting here my friend is still waiting for his food! I ordered the cheese steak egg rolls there was no steak I feel like I’m eating a mozzarella roll! Nothing but cheese! Try LANDMARK! Just a few blocks down! Way better food and doesn’t cheat you out of your meal! I also had a henny mango lemonde I had to order an extra shot because I felt like I was drinking juice! With the extra shot it still feel like nothing! Not sure what’s going on here! I won’t be coming back I rather go to landmark! The bartenders here aren’t too friendly! Landmark bartenders are fun and engage with the customers! Need more customer service skills here! It’s just blah!

Very nice and professional staff.
The onion rings were a bit too hard but they fixed them quick and they were delicious.

The store itself is in a nice location, our server was pretty laid back and chill but I can admit the food did take a minute to come out from the back plus while I was here the restaurant was more packed than usual.

The worst. Food looked like it came from the frozen section of the market. On top of coming out cold

The waiter was very sloppy and she had me sitting there for a very long time just to order my food and she brung back everything unorganized I got food before I got appetizers it was just a whole lot. When I asked for a drink she wouldn't come back for 20 minutes so it's like my food was getting cold I received my food without my veggies which was really weird and I was practically done my food before she brung my veggies so I didn't need them anymore.

They had a limited menu when other TGI Friday a have a full menu. They told us we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated though there were TONS of empty seats. We thought that was due to social distancing guidelines but as soon as they sat us they sat another family directly behind us. The spinach and artichoke dip was sparse.like 4 tablespoons of dip. The bathroom was filthy as well. Will not go back.

I ordered an impossible burger and fries with Jack Daniels sauce on the side. The burger literally tasted like it had been ordered 2 hours prior and sat in a refrigerator until I got there.

I literally placed my order that same moment that I got there. That was the first time that happened, at that location or any location for that matter. But still one star for this visit

It tasted like they just gave me someone else's order instead of making a fresh burger. I didn't complain because I had already waited 20 minutes for that one, and it didn't taste bad, it was just almost ice cold. Including the fries. Someone there must hate their job

This has to be one of the top 3 most disgusting meals I've ever had. Keeping in mind I used to go to summer camp as a child and tried fish eyes in Trinidad. I never complain, I never send food back, and I'm not a picky eater. I ordered the steak and shrimp with a side of broccoli and a Caesar salad for delivery. Aside from the fact that the salad did not come with dressing, the steak was a very over cooked, lump of inedible fat. At least I still had the shrimp. The word shrimp, did not do them justice however. I just no idea shrimp came that small. All six would have gone very well the the Ms. Polly Pocket dinning set. When I think shrimp I tend to avoid words like chewy, but here we are. The 5 pieces of broccoli looked like they had been steam for 6 straight hours, dipped in lemon and rolled in salt. They had a nice brown color to them and not from grilling. For a guy who will eat just about anything this meal passed from the restaurant, to the deliver guy, to my hands, to my wonderful Simplehuman trash can. The mozzarella sticks were excellent.

This place is awesome food is great from what I had was the veggie burger the beyond meat burger and that burger was awesome thank God for this place I hope this business continues to thrive and persevere throughout this pandemic
