TGI Fridays, Langhorne PA

Was clean, and food/drink was decent, but service was slow, fried chicken sandwich was salty, and desserts were a bit pricey.

Great food! Their happy our every hour deal is amazing (select $4 cocktails & $2 beers)! Also absolutely loving the chicken slammers right now! For $17 you get 2 sliders, 2 ribs, & 2 sides! So delicious and worth it! Plus I'm always a fan of their breadsticks! I'm surprised I don't hear more people talking about them, as I think the breadsticks are the best around! And we can't forget the speedy and thoughtful service!

Great waitress, Alyssa at the Oxford Valley location! Can’t say enough good things about her! Manager was very helpful as well! Food was excellent!

Be careful of their burgers. Medium well burger should be fine, no it was not. Throwing up the very next day mild case of food poisoning. Beware

It's been a while since I went to TGIFridays. My son wanted to come here for his 21st birthday and liked the drink options. We were seated quickly by a super nice gentlemen host. Our waiter, Dan, quickly came to get our order. My son tried 2 drinks, Strawberry Henny and Cotton Candy Cosmo. Both were so good, the Henny was the best! Between the 5 of us, we got Sirlion Steaks, Flat Iron, and ribs. Everything was cooked well and very good. We also got the 1lb cheese fries which we devoured before our meals. The best part was our waiter, Dan. He made it a fun and memorable experience for my son's 21st Birthday. Even brought him a water without asking. Kept our drinks full also. Thank you for such a great experience! We will definitely be back thanks to the great staff and amazing food and drinks.

Update 6/23/2022 Visit

My 9 year old daughter wanted to celebrate end of camp at TGIFridays. I ordered the Flat Iron Skillet with side of french fries and broccoli. My daughter got a Sirlion Steak with same sides. My steak was perfect, medium rare and cooked just as I like it. My daughter liked her steak but sadly the side and part of top was too burnt. She likes medium rare also and inside was good, but I had to cut a quarter of it off due to burnt black parts she refused to eat. Almost perfect visit. She liked her steak better before so not sure what happened this time. Still 4 stars since good service and my food being perfect. I only advise they not burn steak I'm future if someone orders a medium rare sirloin steak. I attached photo of my amazing Flat Iron sizzling steak (literally sizzles when served to me, yum!).

Always a pleasant experience at this location. Thankfully I go there when it's not fully packed. Their food is unique and good. Great drinks!

Service took forever, almost 15 minutes between ordering drinks and getting them. Food was terrible. Would not eat there again!

Staff here is very friendly and food is always great. Drinks are great and made perfectly every time. Only thing I found odd is that every time we come here the music is SO loud. We have to try and yell over it at times even if the restaurant is empty lol

Just picked up dinner for my family. My steak is burnt black and is inedible. It is burnt so bad that's all you smelled when I opened the container. I ordered loaded mashed potatoes and I have a blob of rock hard mashed potatoes with nothing on them or in them. Why would you even let this go out the door. A waste of $25. It went right in the trash.

The food was subpar as was the service my waitress never came back with check I had to go track down manager to pay it.

Haven't been in here soooo long. Decided to hit up their "all day" happy hour and was very impressed. Definitely going back again soon!

They need more servers but i do understand is short out of staff. The food wasn't that good. It could be way better. I'm not going back

Only giving 1 star because I have to. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. Food was not good, nothing came out right. My daughters chicken was ice cold and rubbery. Blonde "hostess" slammed her cleaning bottle on the counter bc I asked to be seated after she looked at me 4 times and ignored me (she was very busy engaging in conversation with the other hostess, turned around and said something to her and they both proceeded to laugh hysterically and stare at me), then threw my menus on the table and wouldn't even wait for us to follow her. This used to be our favorite location, but we won't be returning.

Waited at door with no one else waiting at around 430pm for 20 minutes. Then had to search for a server after sitting for 15 minutes. Most likely shift change but still we just didn't matter as customers.

My husband and I have been coming to TGI Fridays for almost 10 years now and for the most part like it. Lately though we noticed that the service has been less than stellar. It started about a month ago. We brought our son in on what seemed to be a very slow day. There were quite a bit of tables open and no one waiting, but yet we had to wait 20 minutes. We eventually ended up leaving after a few minutes. Then, just the other night we returned to a once again fairly slow night. Everything seemed to be moving along nicely until it came to the entree. That took over an hour to receive. Might have taken longer if we didn't ask our waitress to box it so we could go. Our 14 month old son needed to get to bed so we couldn't wait any longer. I just don't understand. It's like the less busy they are the crappier they get. Maybe the kitchen is understaffed or what not, but on a Saturday night? ! Really? ! The only saving grace was our wonderful waitress, Elena. We have always liked her and last night just reiterated that. From the getgo she took care of us promptly. She comped us on a few things so the best we could do was take care of her. Not her fault that the other half of the service was slow. My husband and I will be coming back again, but it might take us awhile. Guess we should have waited the 30 minutes to get into the first restaurant we went to. Oh well, lesson learned.the busier they are the better the service. UPDATE (December 2021) : drove by during a Thursday evening and the place looks empty. Thought maybe they were closed so we went to Miller's instead. The waiter at Miller's assured us they were open, but heard rumors they weren't doing well. No kidding!

Super slow evening. Empty parking lot and decided to walk in to no one to welcome you or sit you. After waiting decided to pick a table by the bar only to make eye contact with the bartender for about 15 minutes and 10 minutes to the other girl working. I guess no one feels like working tonight at this place I'm getting up to leave now.

Not a bad Friday's. The portions seem to be getting smaller. The salmon is more like ordering a gold fish. But it's open on the holiday, one of very few spots.
